| dc.description.abstract | La presente guía tiene por objeto mostrar una metodología que permita implementar en forma sencilla y eficaz un sistema integrado de gestión basado en las normas OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 9001:2000, mediante un trabajo organizado y claro, en especial para el personal de empresas de ingeniería civil que impactan el sistema de gestión y aun no tienen el conocimiento necesario para llevar a cabo la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua de un sistema de gestión. Además con esta herramienta administrativa buscamos, brindar un apoyo a los empresarios para la toma de decisiones, reducción de la complejidad al implementar, documentar y mantener los estándares de gestión y lo más importante mejorar la competitividad de la empresa mediante la seguridad en la calidad de los procesos y el bienestar de sus empleados. El desarrollo de esta tesis de grado se da en tres fases; en primer lugar la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad mediante el estándar ISO 9001:2000, luego se implementa seguridad y salud ocupacional según la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 y por ultimo se realiza el sistema de gestión integral, donde se unen los estándares anteriormente nombrado mediante los elementos comunes que permiten ser estudiados en forma unificada y coherente. En cada fase se da a conocer los requisitos que exigen las normas, se presentan comentarios referentes a la aplicación de cada una de ellas, también se muestran ejemplos. Todo con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y mejorar el desempeño de la seguridad y salud ocupacional. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present guides has for object show a methodology that allows to implement in simple and effective form an integrated system of administration based on the norms OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2000, by means of an organized and clear work, especially for the personnel of companies of civil engineering that impacts the administration system and not yet they have the necessary knowledge to carry out the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an administration system. Also with this administrative tool we look for a support to managers on his decisions, reduction of the complexity when implementing, to document and to maintain the administration standards and the most important thing to improve the competitiveness of the company by means of the security in the quality of the processes and the well-being of their employees. The development of this grade thesis is given in three phases; in the first place the implementation of the system of administration of quality by means of the standard ISO 9001:2000, then it is implemented security and occupational health according to the norm OHSAS 18001:2007 and for finis is carried out the system of integral administration, where they unite the previously noted standards by means of the common elements that allow to be studied in unified form and coherent. In each phase it is given to know the requirements that demand the norms, relating comments they are presented to the application of each one of them, examples are also shown. Everything with the purpose of satisfy the client's necessities and to improve the acting of the security and occupational health. | |
