dc.description.abstract	La reconstrucción de la memoria histórica del conflicto juega un papel esencial en el proceso de reparación a las víctimas. La Sede Regional Nororiente de la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación (CNRR), ha realizado un importante trabajo en el proceso de garantizar los derechos de las víctimas de los grupos armados organizados al margen de ley a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación y ha incluido como un punto prioritario dentro de su Plan de Acción la realización de una investigación que permita caracterizar a las víctimas desde su propia perspectiva, es decir a través de sus testimonios. La investigación ﬁPerfil histórico de las víctimas de las AUC en el nororiente colombiano 1990 - 2006ﬂ, surge principalmente del vacío de conocimiento existente sobre este tema en la Región. Pero también se evidencia por la importancia que tienen las víctimas de violaciones de los derechos humanos en Colombia y en otras partes del mundo. Este trabajo es un intento por recuperar la memoria histórica de las víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano, recogido desde un estudio de caso: el proceso de reparación que actualmente adelanta la CNRR en el corregimiento de La India, Landázuri. El estudio de caso busca explicar cómo La India se fue consolidando como un territorio de paz y hace un repaso por los elementos más relevantes que permitieron el proceso de poblamiento de lo que hoy constituye el corregimiento de La India. También se detiene en los factores que permitieron el surgimiento de la Asociación de Trabajadores Campesinos del Carare (ATCC), su consolidación como organización, su papel en el proceso de paz y su influencia en el desarrollo de la región. Finalmente, trata de indagar sobre las afectaciones sufridas por el conflicto armado y el proceso de reparación colectiva que se adelanta en la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The reconstruction of the historical memory of the conflict plays an essential role in the process of repair to the victims. The Regional Head office Nororiente of the National Commission of Repair and Conciliation (CNRR), it has realized an important work in the process of guaranteeing the rights of the victims of the armed groups organized to the margin of law to the truth, the justice and the repair and it has included as a priority point inside his Plan of Action the achievement of an investigation that allows to characterize the victims from your own perspective, that is to say across his testimonies. The investigation ﬁHistorical profile of the victims of the AUC in the Colombian nororiente 1990 - 2006 ﬂ, it arises principally from the gap of existing knowledge on this topic in the Region. But also it is demonstrated by the importance that there have the victims of violations of the human rights in Colombia and in other parts of the world. This work is an attempt for recovering the historical memory of the victims of the armed Colombian conflict, gathered from a study of case: the process of repair that at present the CNRR moves forward in the corregimiento of The India, Landázuri. The study of case thinks about how to explain how The India was consolidated as a territory of peace and does a revision for the most excellent elements that allowed the process of poblamiento of what today it constitutes the corregimiento of The India.
