dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de la práctica jurídico empresarial se llevó a cabo en la empresa Serrano Serrano Abogados S.A., una firma dedicada principalmente a la asesoría y gestión de procesos civiles, comerciales, y de propiedad horizontal, reconocida por su calidad y eficiencia en los procesos manejados, que la han convertido en una de las principales firmas de la ciudad. Las actividades a realizar se distribuyeron en cuatro etapas correspondientes: la primera de ellas de indagación y conocimiento, donde se realizó primeramente una inducción al manejo de la empresa, y un conocimiento de los procesos adelantados. Seguido a lo anterior, se encuentra la etapa de gestión y control de procesos, cuya principal actividad consistió en la proyección y elaboración de demandas, y otros documentos necesarios para la ejecución y trámite de los procesos adelantados; Posteriormente, se da la etapa de investigación, donde se realiza una importante recopilación jurisprudencial sobre temas de propiedad horizontal y la aplicación de la Ley 675 de 2001, esto permitió un mejor estudio de las normas y jurisprudencia aplicables a los casos manejados por la firma. Finalmente se da la etapa evaluativa, que comprende la síntesis y conclusiones sobre el trabajo realizado a través de los cuatro meses. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	Serrano Abogados management of court proceedings on the topics of civil law, commercial law and land law, which is recognized for its quality and efficiency. The activities of the internship were developed in four stages: first, the investigation and access to knowledge, in which there was and induction to the processes of the company. The second stage was management and control of court proceedings, on which law suits and other documents were made. After that, the third stage was research, on which it was made a study of laws and jurisprudence on the area of land law. Finally, the evaluation stage, on which some conclusions were made, about the development of the internship. The internship was developed according to the way it was planned, and made a contribution to both the student and the company. To the student because she was able to practice the knowledge acquired on the school of law, and offer a new place for other students to make their internships. And to the company, because the student was able to offer a real legal support to its processes during the four months that the internship lasted
