dc.description.abstract	El propósito de esta pasantía de investigación es la identificación de prácticas de trabajo colaborativo implementadas en el sector agroindustrial, como referente para la formulación de estrategias ejecutables en el proyecto Agrópolis MACTOR del grupo de investigación INNOTEC de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Durante el ejercicio se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura en las bases de datos Scopus e ISI Web of Science, teniendo como referente la metodología propuesta por David Tranfield (2003). En la pasantía de investigación se identificaron trece prácticas, clasificadas a partir del modelo de la quíntuple hélice propuesto por Biltran, E (2014) donde se propone el liderazgo a partir de cinco clases: Gobierno, industria, universidad, sociedad civil y ambiente. Estas prácticas se encuentran definidas y caracterizadas en el cuerpo del documento, y a partir de ellas se generan siete estrategias con propuestas de plan de acción, donde se incluyen actividades, tiempos de ejecución y responsables. Esto como soporte del diseño de una mega-estrategia de trabajo colaborativo entre actores del sector agropecuario para el desarrollo de la Agrópolis de Santander- Magdalena Medio, con el fin de contribuir al objetivo de mejorar la competitividad de la región y del país presentado en el macroproyecto nacional Diamante Caribe y Santanderes, liderado por el Gobierno de Colombia a través de Findeter.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this research internship is the identification of collaborative work practices implemented in the agro-industry sector, as a reference for the strategy formulation executable in the Agropolis project of the INNOTEC research group in the Industrial University of Santander. During the exercise was conducted a literature review in the databases, Scopus and ISI web of science, taking as a reference the methodology proposed by David Tranfield (2003). With the review thirteen practices were identified and classified from the model of quintuple hélice proposed by Biltran, E (2014) where leadership is proposed in five differents classes: government, industry, University, civil society and environment. These practices are defined and characterized in the body of the document, and from them seven strategies are generated with action plan proposals, which include activities, executions times and those responsible. All of this, as a support for the design of a mega-strategy of collaborative work, between actors of the agricultural sector for the development of the Acropolis of Santander- Magdalena Medio, in order to contribute to the objective of improving the competitiveness of the region and the government of Colombia through Findeter.
