dc.description.abstract	Ésta investigación busca estimar el impacto que producirá en la movilidad vehicular en el casco urbano del municipio de Floridablanca, la puesta en funcionamiento de un sitio turístico como lo será el ECOPARQUE CERRO DEL SANTISIMO ubicado en la vereda Helechales a 1380 msnm municipio de Floridablanca, Santander, éste proyecto contará con la presencia de la figura de un Cristo redentor de aproximadamente 33 metros de altura y según el análisis de atracción hecho por los creadores de la idea se espera la visita de 6.000 turistas diarios. El análisis que se muestra en esta investigación se basó en tomas de información primaria y secundaria, además del uso de modelos de micro simulación en transporte utilizando el software TransModeler, para ello se trabajó utilizando la malla con el flujo vehicular actual que contiene la zona de influencia directa del proyecto en el municipio de Floridablanca, un primer escenario con el mismo flujo pero agregando flujo vehicular que llegaría al complejo turístico, un segundo escenario el cual tendrá modificaciones geométricas y un último escenario que propondría una nueva conexión vial que conectaría el Sector 20 de Bucarica con Jardín del limoncito, permitiendo de esta forma medir el impacto en la movilidad vehicular del sector. Se compararan los tres escenarios y en ellos se analizaran los mejores tiempos de viajes para así dar una alternativa de solución objetiva que mitigue el impacto vehicular de la zona de influencia.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This research seeks to estimate the impact that will be produced about vehicular mobility in the urban zone of Floridablanca the operation of a tourist site as it will become the ECOPARQUE CERRO DEL SANTISIMO, located in the path Helechales at 1380 meters from Floridablanca, Santander. This project will contain a Christ the Redeemer figure, wich measures approximately 33 meters high and according to the analysis of Attraction fact by the idea creators, more than 6,000 tourists will visit it daily. The analysis shown in this research was based on footage of primary and secondary information, and the use of micro simulation models using TransModeler software. For that, it was worked using the mesh with the current traffic flow that contains the influence direct area of the project in Floridablanca, a first stage with the same flow but adding the traffic flow that would reach the resort, a second stage which will have geometrical modifications, and a final stage that would propose a new road link that would connect the Sector 20 of Bucarica with Jardín del limoncito, thus allowing to measure the impact on vehicular mobility in this sector. It compared the three scenarios and they will analyze the best times of travel to provide an alternative is objective solution that mitigates the vehicular impact of the zone of influence.
