| dc.description.abstract | Esta práctica jurídica social se fundamentó en el asesoramiento y acompañamiento al Centro de Atención Laboral y más concretamente a la puesta en práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera de Derecho, con el fin de realizar acciones jurídicas, el cual fue desarrollado mediante el análisis y eventualmente solución de situaciones de naturaleza jurídica presentadas al interior de esta entidad. Es de resaltar que el apoyo jurídico fue dirigido y orientado directamente con la Doctora MARELY CELY SILVA quien es la Directora del CAL de Bucaramanga. De igual modo con la puesta en práctica de este proyecto en el CAL, se buscó como objetivo primordial implementación de acciones jurídicas que tengan con fin principal la defensa de los derechos laborales, tanto individuales como colectivos, de las y los trabajadores que recurren al Centro de Atención Laboral en busca de asesoramiento y así aportar un grano de arena en este gran objetivo como abogadas UIS. Para la realización de los objetivos propuestos, inicialmente fue necesario el estudio de la normatividad vigente sobre derechos laborales, individuales y colectivos, el aprendizaje del manejo interno para elaborar las acciones jurídicas que requieran los trabajadores, previo análisis de la situación, para así poder asesorar de manera correcta y efectiva, aportando una posible solución a los cuestionamientos presentados al interior de la entidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this social law practice was based on the advice and support to the Center of Labor and particular to the implementation of the knowledge gained in the career of law, in order to conduct legal actions Care, which was developed by analysis and eventually resolving situations of legal nature presented within this entity. All for the improvement of working conditions of the workers and employees. It is vital to note that the legal support was directed and guided directly with Dr. MARELY CELY SILVA who is the Director of the Center for Labor Care Bucaramanga. Similarly to the implementation of this project in the CAL, as its primary objective sought implementation of legal actions that have main purpose with the defense of both individual and collective, of women workers and workers who resort to labor rights Care Workforce Center for advice and so provide a grain of sand in this great goal as lawyers UIS which is the defense of workers' rights in this case. To achieve the objectives, initially the study of current regulations on labor, individual and collective learning internal management rights was necessary to prepare legal actions requiring workers, after analyzing the situation, in order to advise correctly and effectively, providing a possible solution to the questions presented within the entity. | |
