| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad los aspectos jurídicos que rigen la protección del medio ambiente tanto en el campo Internacional como en el nacional, buscan la protección de los recursos naturales y dar un uso adecuado a estos sin detrimento de las necesidades de las generaciones futuras. Estas herramientas jurídicas pretenden mitigar el impacto que se produce al ambiente con el desarrollo de proyectos, obras o actividad humana. Del mismo modo, en el desarrollo de este proyecto se busca aplicar e informar sobre la responsabilidad ambiental que tienen las entidades privadas y publicas en el manejo de emisiones, residuos sólidos, residuos líquidos y recursos naturales de tal forma que al abordar estos conceptos en las diferentes medidas de intervención propuestas en el Plan Maestro de Gestión Ambiental para el club vacacional, brinde un conocimiento amplio y una interpretación acertada de la normatividad ambiental como modelo para el sector turístico en Colombia. | |
