dc.description.abstract	En Colombia, más exactamente en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, según estudios realizados por el OSPS (Observatorio de Salud Pública de Santander) 60 de cada 100 personas padecen de sobrepeso a causa de una mala alimentación que le han proporcionado a su cuerpo. En la ciudad, no se cuenta con restaurantes que cultiven sus propios alimentos por medio de siembra hidropónica, y viendo qué, el consumo de frutas, verduras y hortalizas ha ido aumentando año por año, se ve la importancia de implementar este tipo de negocio además de innovar con nuevas tecnologías en la parte agrícola con la hidroponía, la cual es una nueva técnica de siembra en la que no se utiliza ningún tipo de químico o fertilizante, comparada con cultivos convencionales (uso de suelo), reduce alrededor del 90% del agua utilizada y los alimentos crecen más rápido y en mayor proporción. También, nace la preocupación de preservar y cuidar el medio ambiente pues actualmente no está en las mejores condiciones y el mal uso de los suelos y tanta utilización de químicos en el mismo generará grandes problemas en el futuro si no se actúa. Es por esta razón qué, el trabajo de grado realizado, se fundamenta con el propósito de diseñar un plan de negocios para la creación de un restaurante hidropónico en la ciudad de Bucaramanga cuya oferta gastronómica se fundamente en cultivos frutales, vegetales y hortalizas el cual se caracteriza por brindarle a su consumidor una experiencia de servicio única e inolvidable, pues, vivirá la experiencia de tener contacto directo con un ambiente fresco y natural.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In Colombia, more precisely in the city of Bucaramanga, according to studies conducted by the OSPS (Public Health Observatory of Santander), 60 out of every 100 people are overweight because of the poor nutrition they have given their bodies. In the city, there are no restaurants that grow their own food through hydroponic planting, and seeing that the consumption of fruits and vegetables has been increasing year by year, it is important to implement this type of business in addition to innovate with new technologies in the agricultural part with hydroponics, which is a new planting technique in which no chemicals or fertilizers are used, compared to conventional crops (soil use), reduces about 90% of the water used and food grows faster and in greater proportion. Also, there is a concern to preserve and care for the environment because it is currently not in the best conditions and the bad use of soils and so much use of chemicals in it will generate big problems in the future if no action is taken. It is for this reason that, the degree work is based on the purpose of designing a business plan for the creation of a hydroponic restaurant in the city of Bucaramanga whose gastronomic offer is based on fruit crops, vegetables and vegetables which is characterized by providing its consumers a unique and unforgettable service experience, because they will live the experience of having direct contact with a fresh and natural environment.
