| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto fue contribuir con la Universidad Industrial de Santander facilitando sus labores de Administración relacionadas con el área de Mantenimiento y Producción de Campo Colorado, mediante el Diseño de su Sistema Computarizado para la Administración del Mantenimiento. El proyecto comprende las siguientes etapas: recopilación y organización de la documentación técnica existente sobre las instalaciones, sobre la operación y sobre la ejecución del mantenimiento en Campo Colorado; realización de un análisis y diagnóstico del sistema de información actual del campo, con el fin de establecer los componentes relevantes del sistema de información para la planeación, programación y ejecución del mantenimiento en el campo; luego se estableció un marco teórico sobre los sistemas de información para mantenimiento, junto con una explicación de la metodología utilizada (MÉTRICA) para llegar al desarrollo final. Por último se describió el proceso de diseño y desarrollo del sistema de información computarizado, resaltando su estructura, definición de entradas y salidas, diseño del flujo de información e interrelaciones entre sus componentes, diseño de la interfaz de usuario, los niveles de seguridad y control, los procedimientos, diseño de los formularios y descripción de cada una de las funciones del programa. Además se dan algunas razones para la utilización de Microsoft Access como plataforma de desarrollo, y finalmente se describen las pruebas realizadas y el manual del usuario para el sistema de información. El resultado final es un software de fácil manejo y entorno amigable con el usuario, que se presenta como una excelente herramienta para auxiliar al personal de mantenimiento mecánico del campo en sus funciones de programación y control del mantenimiento, además de mejorar y evaluar la efectividad del mismo, a través, del fácil diligenciamiento de la documentación y visualización de reportes detallados sobre como se utilizan los recursos asignados al mantenimiento. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project was to contribute with the Industrial University of Santander facilitating its works of Administration related with the area of Maintenance and Production of Campo Colorado, by means of the Design of its Computerized System for the Administration of the Maintenance. The project to include the following stages: compilation and organization of the existent technical documentation about the facilities, about the operation and about the execution of the maintenance in Campo Colorado; realization of an analysis and diagnostic of the current information system of the field, with the purpose of establish the outstanding components of the system of information for the planning, programming and execution of the maintenance in the field; then a theoretical mark settled down about the systems of information for maintenance, together with an explanation of the used methodology (MÉTRICA) to arrive to the final development. Lastly it was described the design process and development of the Computerized System of Information for the Maintenance, standing out their structure, definition of inputs and exits, design of the flow of information and interrelations among their components, design of user's interface, the levels of security and control, the procedures, design of the forms and description of each one of the functions of the program. They are also agreed with for the use of Microsoft Access like development platform, and finally the carried out tests and the user's manual are described for the system of information. The final result is a software of easy handling and friendly environment with the user that is presented like an excellent tool for auxiliary to the personnel of mechanical maintenance of the field in its programming functions and control of the maintenance, besides to improve and to evaluate the effectiveness of the same one, trough, the easy filling of the documentation and visualization of detailed reports on like the resources are used assigned to the maintenance. | |
