dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este proyecto es definir y poner en marcha las actividades necesarias para implementar el Plan Exportador de huevo de codorniz en la empresa CODORNICES Y HUEVOS SANTANDER. De igual forma, cuantificar las inversiones necesarias para lograr la ejecución de dicho plan. La metodología utilizada para conseguirlo se compone de 3 etapas básicas a seguir, adoptadas del programa Expopyme de Proexport Colombia. Las etapas son: 1. Análisis de la capacidad exportadora: Diagnóstico de la empresa que permite conocer el estado actual de la misma, evaluando los factores internos claves frente a un proceso exportador. Se evalúan aspectos importantes que permiten identificar si la empresa está lista para crecer en la dimensión que la internacionalización lo requiere. 2. Inteligencia de Mercados: Se seleccionan los mercados potenciales a los cuales se puede exportar el huevo de codorniz, teniendo en cuenta las oportunidades que los mismos ofrecen. Se hace uso de las herramientas proporcionadas por Proexport y algunas bases de datos internacionales avaladas. 3. Plan de Acción: Elaboración de un plan con las actividades que la empresa necesita emprender con el fin de encaminarse hacia una internacionalización con bases sólidas. Una vez terminado el documento de Base del Plan exportador, se da inicio a las actividades del plan de acción, haciendo seguimiento de las mismas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this project is to define and to start up the activities necessary to implement the Exporting quail egg™s Plan in the company CODORNICES Y HUEVOS SANTANDER. Similarly, to quantify the investments necessary to obtain the execution of this plan. The right methodology to obtain it is based of 3 basic steps to follow. These are: 1. Analysis of the exporting capacity: Diagnosis of the company that allows to know the present state the same, evaluating the internal factors keys in front of an exporting process. Important aspects that are assessed to identify whether the company is ready to grow in the dimension that internationalization requires. 2. Intelligence of the Markets: The potential markets are selected to which the quail egg can be exported, considering the opportunities that the same offer. It makes use of tools by Proexport and some international databases backed. 3. Plan of Action: Elaboration of a plan with the activities that the company needs to undertake with the purpose of to direct itself towards an internationalization with solid bases. When thedocument of the exporting Plan is ended, is called to the activities of the action plan, following up on them.
