dc.description.abstract	El Reglamento Interno del Consultorio Jurídico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, vigente materialmente desde el año 2005 y aprobado a través de acuerdo 062 de 2010 del Consejo Superior de la Universidad industrial de Santander, ha quedado rezagado frente a los avances tecnológicos, reformas legales y necesidades sociales de nuestro país en la actualidad. Este Informe pone de presente la necesidad de ajustarlo en asuntos como la determinación la Competencia del Consultorio Jurídico por áreas, la implementación de un sistema de reparto informático, la fijación del número de turnos y horario de atención al público, el sistema de calificación final de Consultorio, entre otros contenidos; y la inclusión de aspectos de especial importancia como la misión, visión y objetivos del Consultorio Jurídico, su estructura administrativa, un sistema de empalme de trámites procesales y la reglamentación del concurso de selección de auxiliares monitores. Estos ajustes deben realizarse a través de una reforma al reglamento vigente que involucre la perspectiva de algunos de sus miembros en cuanto a la efectividad administrativa de sus procedimientos internos, sin perder de vista la normatividad legal que rige su funcionamiento y bajo la directriz, que de la materia, otorg
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Rules of Procedure of the Legal Clinic of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, physically force since 2005, has lagged compared to technological, legal reforms and social needs of our country today. This report puts forward the need to adjust it on issues such as the determination of the Legal Competition by áreas of the legal clinic, the implementation of a computerized distribution system, fixing the number of turns and hours open to the public, the system of final qualification, among other content; and the inclusión of issues of particular importance as the missión , visión and objectives of the Legal Clinic, its administrative structure, a system of procedural splicing and regulation of auxiliary monitors selection contest. These settings must be made through an amendment to the existing regulation that involves the perspective of some of its members as to the administrative effectiveness of its internal procedures, without losing sight of the legal regulations governing its operation and under the guideline, that of matter, given the National Constitution.
