| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta las actividades realizadas para el mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa en las agencias de fomento de la UAG de PROTABACO S.A., las cuales tenían comprometida su capacidad para determinar, estandarizar y controlar ¿Qué se hace?, ¿Cómo se hace?, ¿Quién hace?, ¿Cuándo se hace? y ¿Para qué se hace? en su operativa interna. Las metodología aplicada fue la siguiente: captura de información a través de métodos y herramientas, como la entrevista en puestos de trabajo y seguimiento a las actividades; análisis situacional aplicando el Análisis Dofa y Análisis de Valor, a partir del cual se identificaron las oportunidades de mejora en cada proceso; aplicación del Benchmarking, identificando los mejores métodos y herramientas de trabajo entre agencias; generación de propuestas de mejora e implementación, y finalmente la documentación de los procesos. Para esto se aplicaron los conceptos de Teoría General de los Sistemas (TGS), El Benchmarking, Calidad Total, Gestión por procesos y el concepto de cadena de Valor. Como resultado se logró definir y caracterizar la gestión administrativa, estandarizar los métodos y herramientas de trabajo, simplificar y mejorar los procesos, eliminando retrocesos y despilfarros, incrementar la eficiencia en la comunicación con el diseño de nuevos canales (formatos), unificar el lenguaje técnico, rediseñar los procedimientos y crear un ambiente de mejoramiento continuo entre proveedores y clientes internos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document presents the activities done for the improvement of the Administrative Management in the foment Agencies of the Unidad Agro Industrial (UAG) of PROTABACO S.A.; they have committed their capability to determine, standardize and control ¿What to do? ¿ How to do? , Who does? When it is done? and ¿What for is done?, in its Internal operative. The methodology applied was: The information captured by methods and tools like interviews in different job positions and following the activities; Situational Analysis applying the Dofa and Values Analysis identifying the opportunities of improvement in each process; the application of Benchmarking, identifying the best methods and work tools between agencies; generation of improvement proposals and implementation. and finally the process documentation. For this it was applied the concept of General Theory of the Systems (GTS), The Benchmarking, Total Quality, Process Managements and the chain value concept. As a result it can be define and characterized the Administrative Management, standardized the methods and work tools, simplify and improve the process, eliminating backwards and wastefulness, increase the communication efficiency with new channels designs (formats), unify the technique language, redesign the process and create the continuous improvements between suppliers and in the internal clients. | |
