dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo de grado se presentan los resultados de actividades desarrolladas durante la práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa TORRES ING S.A.S. en el marco del proyecto en el que se hicieron los estudios hidrológico, hidráulico y geotécnico, y diseños de las obras de mitigación para una infraestructura eléctrica ubicada en la ribera del río Guayuriba, en inmediaciones de los municipios de Villavicencio y Acacías, departamento del Meta. Se desarrollaron actividades en el área de estudios y diseños de la empresa. Dentro de esta estructura hubo participación como apoyo técnico en las actividades de campo y oficina para darle cumplimiento a los alcances del proyecto. Las funciones incluyeron el acompañamiento a las actividades de exploración de campo, tales como la ejecución de exploración directa e indirecta, levantamientos del terreno, así como el registro de información técnica. Además, se apoyó en el procesamiento de datos recolectados, en el modelado de información y en la elaboración de esquemas y planos según los alcances del proyecto. Las actividades realizadas permitieron aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso de formación académica y contribuyeron al cumplimiento satisfactorio de los objetivos de esta práctica empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This undergraduate thesis presents the results of the activities carried out during the professional internship at TORRES ING S.A.S. within the framework of a project involving hydrological, hydraulic, and geotechnical studies, as well as the design of mitigation works for an electrical infrastructure located on the banks of the Guayuriba River, near the municipalities of Villavicencio and Acacías, in the Meta Department. Activities were developed within the company’s studies and design area. In this context, participation was carried out as technical support in both field and office activities to ensure compliance with the project scope. The responsibilities included assisting in field exploration activities, such as direct and indirect exploration, topographic surveys, and the recording of technical information. Additionally, support was provided in the processing of collected data, information modeling, and the preparation of schemes and drawings in accordance with the project requirements. The activities performed allowed for the application of knowledge acquired during the academic training process and contributed to the successful achievement of the objectives of this professional internship.
