dc.description.abstract	En este proyecto se hace una reflexión a partir de la concepción Marxista de derecho en la sociedad Burguesa, de hay mismo cómo éste se constituye en el medio de las relaciones sociales y cómo funciona en la práctica social. Desde nuestro citado autor Marx, encontraremos una manera muy responsable de abordar el tema del derecho dentro de una sociedad Burguesa la cual siempre se ha caracterizado por su afán de sobresalir pasando por encima de la clase baja, además vemos aquí cómo fueron expropiados hombres y mujeres de sus territorios para beneficio de los grandes capitalistas Por consiguiente, desde estos atropellos es que la clase social baja se ve obligada a luchar de una manera vana contra la burguesía para tratar de sobrevivir de las ruinas que éstos les dejaron cuando los despojaron de sus pertenencias. Ello los lleva a una eterna lucha para poder subsistir ante tanto sometimiento por cuenta de las sociedades capitalistas. A si mismo lo que incito a la realización de este proyecto fueron las ganas de indagar sobre cómo el derecho se constituye en el medio de las relaciones sociales de la sociedad burguesa, y de igual manera, fue la forma de cómo se ha mostrado el poder producto del desarrollo de la burguesía en su deseo por conquistar la soberanía absoluta.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this project a reflection is done from the Marxist conception of right in the Bourgeois Company, of there is the same one how this one is constituted in the way of the social relations and how it works in the social practice From our mentioned author Marx we will find a responsible way of approaching the topic of right inside a bourgeois company which always has been characterized for his zeal to stand out happening for above of the social low classes, of equal way we see here how men and women are expropriated of his territories for benefit of big capitalist. Consequently, from these violations it is that the social low class sees forced to fighting in a vain way Against the middle class to try to survive of the ruins that these left them when they took off them of his belongings. This I take them to an eternal fight to be able to survive before so much submission at the expense of the capitalist companies. To if same what I incite to the accomplishment of this project they were the desires of investigating on how the right is constituted in the way of the social relations of the bourgeois company, and of equal way, it was the form of how the power has showed itself product of the development of the middle class in his desire for conquering the absolute sovereignty.
