dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolló bajo la modalidad de práctica empresarial en la Alcaldía Municipal de Simacota, Santander, específicamente en la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura. El objetivo principal fue apoyar la gestión técnica y administrativa del proyecto de estudios y diseños del Plan Maestro de Acueducto y Alcantarillado del casco urbano del municipio, mediante la revisión, organización y análisis preliminar de información suministrada por la consultoría. Durante la práctica se revisaron documentos técnicos, normativos, administrativos, presupuestales y soportes complementarios asociados al sistema de acueducto, alcantarillado, diagnóstico hidráulico, catastro de pozos, componente predial, geotecnia, calidad de agua, población, suscriptores, topografía y georreferenciación. Esta revisión permitió identificar resultados preliminares relacionados con población y demanda, componentes del sistema, catastro de pozos, red topográfica de control y seguimiento de entregables. Como resultado, se consolidaron productos de apoyo como matriz documental, comparación 2012-PMAA actualizado, control de entregables, fichas resumen, organización de evidencias y oportunidades de mejora técnica y administrativa, sin reemplazar estudios, diseños, presupuestos ni decisiones contractuales de la consultoría responsable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This undergraduate project was developed under the business internship modality at the Municipal Government of Simacota, Santander, specifically within the Planning and Infrastructure Office. The main objective was to support the technical and administrative management of the studies and designs project for the Water Supply and Sewerage Master Plan of the urban area, through the review, organization, and preliminary analysis of information provided by the consulting team. During the internship, technical, regulatory, administrative, budget-related, and complementary documents were reviewed, including information associated with the water supply system, sewerage system, hydraulic diagnosis, sewer manhole inventory, land/property component, geotechnical studies, water quality, population data, subscribers, topography, and georeferencing. This review made it possible to identify preliminary results related to population and demand, system components, sewer manhole inventory, topographic control network, and deliverable follow-up. As a result, support products were consolidated, including a document matrix, a comparison between the 2012 diagnosis and the updated PMAA documents, deliverable follow-up control, summary sheets, organization of evidence, and technical and administrative improvement opportunities, without replacing the studies, designs, budgets, or contractual decisions of the responsible consulting team.
