dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo de investigación se realiza una revisión física detallada del estado actual de la malla vial, señalización vertical y horizontal presente en el tramo de la primera fase de la ciclo-infraestructura existente en la ciudad de Bucaramanga el cual está ubicado entre la entrada principal de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y el Parque de los niños. Esta revisión se realizó por medio de 3 levantamientos en campo los cuales se hicieron tomando datos en tramos de cada 10 metros; el primer levantamiento consistió en la medición de los tramos y toma de datos con respecto al estado del pavimento, apoyándonos en la adaptación propia de los formatos teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones del manual de inspección visual para pavimentos flexibles y el manual de inspección visual de pavimentos rígidos, emitidos por el instituto nacional de vías (INVIAS) , en el segundo levantamiento se tomaron fotografías de los tramos y se recopiló la información detallada sobre el estado físico de la señalización horizontal y vertical usando adaptaciones propias de los formatos emitidos por el Ministerio de Transporte y convenios con la Universidad Pontificia Javeriana; teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones de la Guía de ciclo-infraestructuras para ciudades colombianas emitida por el Ministerio de Transporte. Los datos se procesan por medio del software ArcGIS, posteriormente se crea el mapa en la plataforma Google My Maps donde pueden ser consultados en tiempo real el estado de los componentes de la ciclo-infraestructura. Finalmente, se realiza la revisión del estado teniendo en cuenta los datos recopilados, se puede evidenciar un buen estado respecto a la malla vial y falencia en cuanto a la señalización vertical por lo cual se recomienda realizar un estudio con mayor profundidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this research project, a detailed physical review of the current state of the road network, vertical and horizontal signaling present in the section of the first phase of the existing cycle-infrastructure, which is located between the main entrance building of the Industrial University of Santander and the Children's Park in the city of Bucaramanga. This review was carried out by means of three surveys in the field which were carried out by taking data in sections of every 10 meters; The first survey consisted of measuring the sections and collecting data regarding the state of the pavement, relying on the proper adaptation of the formats taking into account the specifications of the visual inspection manual for flexible pavements and the visual inspection manual of pavements. In the second survey, photographs of the sections were taken and detailed information on the physical state of the horizontal and vertical signage was compiled using adaptations of the formats issued by the Ministry of Public Works, issued by the National Highway Institute (INVIAS). Transportation and agreements with the Universidad Pontificia Javeriana; considering the specifications of the Cycle-Infrastructure Guide for Colombian cities issued by the Ministry of Transportation. The data is processed by means of the ArcGIS software, subsequently the map is created on the Google Maps platform where the status of the cycle-infrastructure components can be consulted in real time. Finally, a review of the state is carried out taking into account the data collected, it can be evidenced a good state regarding the road network and deficiency in terms of vertical signaling, for which it is recommended to carry out a study in greater depth.
