| dc.description.abstract | Este texto retoma la práctica y la reflexión frente al proceso realizado en la Fundación Nacional de Apoyo Humanitario Visión Vida, el resultado de este proceso la formulación del programa fiCRECER y los proyectos propuestos como consecuencia de un trabajo articulado bajo una metodología participativa, desde la población adulta mayor perteneciente a la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día, en el área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (Asociación del Oriente Colombiano) y los actores significativos de su sistema de apoyo social. El objetivo del presente documento es referir los alcances, limitaciones y experiencia, obtenidos a través de la intervención y en especial ofrecer un panorama de las condiciones encontradas en el interior de dicha población y brindar mediante esta propuesta un derrotero a seguir, para la Fundación y las organizaciones que trabajan en la creación de oportunidades de protección, de subsistencia, de participación, de ocio y recreación de la misma. Las propuestas resultantes en El Programa Para El Desarrollo Humano De Los Adultos Mayores en el Área Metropolitana De Bucaramanga fiCRECER obedecen al propósito de mediar para que los adultos mayores activen su propia capacidad de autogestión y brindar herramientas, mediante las cuales esta población asuma sus derechos como inherentes a los mismos siendo su cumplimiento y respeto obligatorio desde el deber moral y legal; este proceso realizado desde el fortalecimiento e instauración de redes de apoyo social y la formulación de estrategias para la generación de condiciones sociales positivas y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las personas en edad senil y sus núcleos familiares | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This text takes up the practice and reflection in front of the processes involved in the National Foundation for Humanitarian Support Vision Life, the outcome of this process the formulation of the "grow" and proposed projects as a result of an articulated work under a participatory approach, since the older population belonging to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga (Orient Colombian Asociation) and the significant players in its system of social support. The aim of this paper is to address the scope, limitations and experience obtained through the intervention and particular provide an overview of the conditions found within this population and provide a road map through this proposal forward, for the Foundation and organizations active in creating opportunities for protection of subsistence, participation, leisure and recreation of the same. The resulting proposals on the agenda for human development of older adults in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga "grow" are intended to mediate for the elderly trigger their own capacity for self-management and providing tools by which this population takes up its rights as inherent in them being mandatory compliance and respect from the moral and legal duty, this process made since the establishment and strengthening of social support networks and developing strategies for generating positive social conditions and improved quality of life for people in their age and senile parent | |
