dc.description.abstract	La ciudad de Barrancabermeja se ha convertido en un polo de desarrollo donde se ha diversificadola economía en los últimos años, generando nuevas fuentes de empleo. Es por esto que ante eldesarrollo de macro proyectos y la disminución de la violencia Barrancabermeja se proyecta a unfuturo promisorio. Ante esto se ha notado el crecimiento de la población, por parte de lasmigraciones de personas de otras regiones que llegan a esta ciudad en busca de empleo,originando la aparición de la economía informal a través de la venta ambulante y espectáculos enlos semáforos y otros lugares de concentración social de la ciudad. Ante esta situación es necesario impulsar nuevas ideas de empresas que se radiquen en estaciudad, por ello los autores de este proyecto para logar la factibilidad, se hizo necesaria laaplicación de estudios de mercados, técnico, administrativo, financiero y evaluación económico social con el único fin de determinar la viabilidad para la creación de la misma, teniendo comopunto de partida el desarrollo económico, industrial y social de la ciudad y la región. Por esto,dentro del documento se realizaron los diversos estudios que permitieron determinar la noviabilidad del proyecto desde el punto de vista financiero. Se espera que a través de la información recopilada en la presente investigación, se tome ladecisión de crear esta empresa que repercutiría en generación de empleo directo o indirecto,sustitución de importaciones regionales, generación de valor agregado y por ende satisfacción enla población exigente de este puerto petrolero e industrial pero ampliando el mercado objeto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The city of Barrancabermeja has transformed into a development pole where the economy hasbeen diversified in the last years, generating new employment sources. It is for this reason thatbefore the development of macro projects and the decrease of the violence Barrancabermeja isprojected to a promissory future. Before this the population's growth has been noticed, on the partof the migrations of people of other regions that arrive to this city in employment search, originatingthe appearance of the informal economy through the traveling sale and shows in the traffic lightsand other places of social concentration of the city. Before this situation it is necessary to impel new ideas of companies that are resided in this city,hence the authors of this project for logar the feasibility, it became necessary the application ofstudies of markets, technician, office worker, financier and economic evaluation - social with theonly end of determining the viability for the creation of the same one, having as starting point theeconomic, industrial and social development of the city and the region. For this reason, inside thedocument they were carried out the diverse studies that allowed determining the non viability of theproject from the financial point of view. It is expected that through the information gathered in the present investigation, take the decision ofcreating this company that would rebound in generation of direct or indirect employment,substitution of regional imports, generation of added value and for satisfaction in the demandingpopulation of this oil and industrial port but enlarging the market object.
