dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto abarca el plan de transición del Programa de Salud ocupacional que se rige bajo los estándares de la Resolución 1016 de 1989, al Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la clínica SONRISA EXCELENTE S.A.S, de acuerdo con el diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación del SG-SST, acatando la normatividad legal vigente aplicable, conforme a los lineamientos del Decreto 1072 de 2015. La implementación del SG-SST, se logró alcanzar a través de las siguientes etapas: Definición de política de SST, organización, planificación, aplicación, auditoría, revisión por la dirección y planes de mejora, conforme a esto también se desplegaron unas sub-etapas, las cuales se rigen de acuerdo con la metodología del ciclo PHVA, direccionando a la Empresa hacia la mejora continua. El SG-SST dirigió a SONRISA EXCELENTE S.A.S, hacia una cultura donde predomina la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores como fuente de crecimiento y efectividad de la misma, conociendo de manera anticipada aquellos factores y riesgos que podrían poner en peligro la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores de la empresa y demás partes involucradas. Con la implementación del sistema, SONRISA EXCELENTE S.A.S logró una cultura de prevención y anticipación ante actividades que puedan concernir a la salud y seguridad como trabajador
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project covers the transition plan of the Occupational Health Program that curls under the standards of Resolution 1016 of 1989, the Occupational Safety and Health Management System of the SONRISA EXCELENTE SAS clinic, in accordance with the Design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of SG-SST, in compliance with applicable legal regulations, in accordance with the guidelines of Decree 1072 of 2015. The implementation of the SG-SST, was achieved through the following stages: Definition of SST policy, organization, planning, implementation, audit, management review and improvement aircraft, according to this also sub-stage were deployed, which are governed according to the methodology of the PHVA cycle, directing the Company towards continuous improvement. The SG-SST directed an EXCELLENT SONRISA SAS, towards a culture where the safety and health of workers predominate as a source of growth and effectiveness of the same, knowing in advance all the factors and risks that endanger the safety and the Health The workers of the company and other parties involved. With the implementation of the system, SONRISA EXCELENTE S.A.S achieved a culture of prevention and anticipation to activities that are concerned with health and safety as a worker
