dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto presenta una idea emprendedora que consiste en ofrecer una serie de servicios de forma integrada en el sector el Carrizal del municipio de Girón Santander. Los servicios conforman 3 grupos como son: Comunicación dentro del cual está inmerso el servicio de telefonía móvil, Internet y envió de fax; Copiado dentro del cual se encuentra el servicio de fotocopiado, impresión y escaneado; Y finalmente la rama de la papelería donde se ofrecerán artículos que la comunidad manifiesta utilizar. Basados en el gran desarrollo tecnológico que este siglo ha traído al mundo y la acogida que tiene en el campo empresarial, se desarrolló un estudio de mercados cuyos resultados permiten determinar que existe un mercado potencial, con una demanda insatisfecha y poca competencia en el sector. Consecuentemente el estudio técnico y administrativo, se diseño objetivamente de acuerdo a los requerimientos de las empresas modernas y teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos necesarios para la operación del centro, implementando una organización eficiente, eficaz y acorde a las necesidades internas de la organización. El análisis financiero y económico por su parte, muestra unos resultados favorables para los inversionistas, lo cual unido a los demás estudios, ayudan a determinar que el desarrollo e Implementación del proyecto es factible. Por la parte social, la creación de una empresa genera empleo, impuestos, contribución al desarrollo cultural, tecnológico y empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project presents an enterprising idea in offering several services in the Carrizal region in the municipality of Girón, Santander. These services are grouped in 3: Communication, in which the service of mobility telephony is immersed, Internet and fax sending; Copying, in which is the photocopying service , printing and scanning; And finally the paper supply store where goods will be offered to the community, which declares to use. Based on the great technological development that this century has brought into the world and the welcoming that it has in the enterprise field, an investigation was developed, we developed a market research whose results allowed determining a potential market, with an unsatisfactory demand and little competition in the sector. Consequently, the technical and administrative studies, designed objectively according to the requirements of the modern companies, and taking into account the requirements necessary for the operation of the center, implementing an efficient and effective organization and according to the internal needs of the organization. The financial and economic analysis on the other hand, shows favorable results for the investors, which together with the other studies, helps to determine that the development and Implementation of the project are accurate. In the social part, the creation of a company generates use, taxes, contribution to the cultural, technological and enterprise development of the region.
