| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de grado muestra la forma en la cual se planea, documenta, implementa, mide y verifica un sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en la norma técnica colombiana ISO 9001: 2000 en SUTRATECSA para el alcance: DISEÑO, PRODUCCIÓN Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE CALZADO Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE PRENDAS DE VESTIR PARA DOTACIÓN Para dar comienzo a la planeación de la implementación se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación en la cual se encontraba la empresa al inicio del proyecto. Con base en estos resultados, la información y participación del personal de la empresa se definen los procesos con los cuales se crea el sistema de gestión de la calidad, política de calidad, objetivos de calidad, manual de calidad, procedimientos, registros y demás documentos necesarios. Luego de documentar el sistema se definieron los indicadores de gestión que proporcionaran información que facilite el control de cada proceso. Estos indicadores de gestión servirán para alimentar el cuadro de mando que le permite a la gerencia medir la eficacia del sistema de acuerdo a la frecuencia definida. Estos resultados de medición junto con el desarrollo de la revisión por la dirección y las auditorías internas muestran como las verificaciones y acciones correctivas y/o preventivas que se realicen al sistema dan la pauta para la mejora continua. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work shows the form how it is planned, documented, implemented, measured and checking a quality management system based on the Colombian technical standard ISO 9001: 2000 in SUTRATECSA to the scope: DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF FOOTWEAR AND MARKETING OF CLOTHING FOR ENDOWMENT To start the planning of the implementation we did a company™s diagnosis at the project beginning. Based on these results, information and participation of company staff, we were define the processes to establishes the quality management system, quality policy, quality objectives, quality manual, procedures, registries and other documents necessary. After documenting the system, were defined management indicators what provide information to facilitate the control of each process. These management indicators serve to feed a balanced scorecard to be used for the manager and her work grup to measure the effectiveness of the system according to the frequency defined. These measurement results with the development of the review by management and internal audits show how the checks and corrective and/or preventive actions applied to the system give the tone for the continuous improvement. | |
