| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento muestra la dirección lógica seguida en el plan estratégico para la constitución de unidades productivas de la comunidad González Chaparro, se basa en conceptos teóricos de planeación estratégica y enfoca al entorno sociocultural de la comunidad vulnerable. Su alcance excluye la medición y evaluación de las estrategias formuladas y ejecutadas en el marco del proyecto REH/2005/111-139 de la Cruz Roja. Para el desarrollo metodológico de este proyecto su tuvo en cuenta: Primero: Las autoras diseñaron y aplicaron un mecanismo de recolección de información, que permitió inicialmente elaborar un diagnóstico de las unidades productivas y de la oportunidad de crecimiento económico debido al apoyo y gestión de proyectos productivos por parte de Instituciones nacionales e internacionales. Segundo: Realizaron auditorias internas y externas de las unidades productivas, dando lugar al análisis estratégico que orientó a la construcción de estrategias adecuadas para el desarrollo de las ideas de negocios iniciadas o fortalecidas, a partir de la matriz DOFA, PEYEA y CPE. Tercero: Una vez formuladas las estrategias, se ejecutaron los instrumentos diseñados que brindaron elementos claves para que las unidades productivas trazaran nuevos objetivos que estuvieran encaminados a su desarrollo y crecimiento. Este trabajo de grado es una guía e incentivo para enseñar el conocimiento técnico como una herramienta de transformación social, a comunidades vulnerables involucradas en la gestión de proyectos productivos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document shows the logical direction followed in the strategic planning for the constitution of productive units of the Gonzalez Chaparro community, is based en theoretical concepts of strategic planning and focuses on the socio-cultural environment of the vulnerable community. It scope excludes the measurement and evaluation of the strategies formulated and executed in the frame of the project REH/2005/111-139 of the Red Cross. For the methodological development of this project: First, the authoresses designed and applied a mechanism of compilation that allowed to elaborate a diagnosis of the productive units and the opportunity for economic growth because of the support and management of productive projects by national and international institutions. Second, they realized internal and external audits of the productive units, giving place to the strategic analysis that it orientated of the construction of suitable strategies for the development of business ideas started or strengthened, from the matrix DOFA, PEYEA and CPE. Third, Once formulated the strategies, they executed the designed instruments that offered key elements in order that the productive units were planning new aims directed to development and growth. This work of degree is a guide and incentive to show the technical knowledge as a tool of social trasformation, to vulnerable communities involved in the management of the productive projects. | |
