| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento se constituye en el proyecto de investigación que permitió medir el impacto de los Proyectos de Grado en Salud Ocupacional llevados a cabo por la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales-UIS ejecutados por los estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial. Este estudio se estructura por la necesidad de conocer el aporte que se ha generado en el medio empresarial con la ejecución de los trabajos de grado en materia de salud ocupacional, seguridad industrial y OHSAS 18001. En este sentido, este estudio se lleva a cabo teniendo en cuenta el significativo auge del tema en la actualidad y su real importancia para la productividad, calidad y competitividad de la empresa de hoy. En efecto, los proyectos de grado ejecutados y el objeto de estudio de la presente investigación se clasifican en cuatro temáticas: Programa de Salud Ocupacional (PSO), Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SGS&SO), Factores de Riesgo y Seguridad Industrial. El estudio incluye el diseño de una encuesta dirigida a la recolección de información para realizar el análisis e interpretación de los datos obtenidos en el trabajo de campo. Posteriormente se realiza el plan de análisis de los mismos, mediante tablas y gráficas. De esta manera, se logra establecer inferencia correspondiente a cada pregunta dentro del cuestionario. Los hallazgos de la investigación y su análisis a través de indicadores, revelan interesantes resultados. En consecuencia, estos se convierten en herramientas para la toma de decisiones de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales a nivel de acercamiento de la Universidad con el sector productivo. Finalmente, esta investigación evidenció el nivel de desempeño de los proyectos de grado en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en el sector empresarial de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana. Así mismo, demostró la pertinencia de la asignatura de Salud Ocupacional en Ingeniería Industrial de acuerdo a las necesidades que el mercado manifiesta frente a esta problemática. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document constitutes the research project that allowed to measure the impact of the Degree Projects in Occupational Health carried out by the students of Industrial Engineering. This study is structured out of the need to know the contribution that has been generated in the managerial field by the execution of some degree works based on occupational health, industrial safety and OHSAS 18001. In this sense, this study is implemented taking into account the meaningful increasing interest about it nowadays and its actual importance for productivity, quality and competitiveness in today's company. In effect, the degree projects executed and the study object of the present research have been classified into four thematics: Occupational Health Program, Management Systems in Safety and Occupational Health, Risk Factors and Industrial Safety. This study includes the design of a survey focused on the gathering of information in order to make the analysis and interpretation of collected data along the field work. Later, the plan of analysis is made, by means of tables and graphics. In this way, inferences corresponding to each item within the questionnaire are established. The findings of the research and their analysis through indicators reveal interesting results. As a consequence, these ones represent tools to make main decisions in the School of Industrial and Managerial Studies, looking for an approaching between the university and the productive sector.
