| dc.description.abstract | La Universidad Industrial de Santander genera el espacio paraque los estudiantes de último semestre tengan la oportunidad de obtener sutítulo profesional mediante la vinculación a una empresa dedicada a desarrollaractividades a fines a su profesión, bajo la modalidad de “Práctica Empresarial”. Siendo la contratación estatal uno de los campos más amplios en el que losIngenieros Civiles pueden desarrollarse profesionalmente, la firma VESGAMORENO INGENIEROS ofrece la oportunidad a los estudiantes medianteconvenio suscrito con la Escuela de Ingeniería Civil para realizar su prácticaempresarial como auxiliares de Ingeniería, más específicamente en el área delicitaciones. En el presente trabajo se presentarán muchos aspectos de la experienciaobtenida durante el desarrollo de la práctica y por supuesto no sólo en elámbito licitatorio precontractual como tal, sino también en desarrollo decontratos de obra pública, y la ley en la que éste tipo de procesos sefundamenta. | |

Being state contracting one of the amplest fields in that Civil Engineers can bedeveloped professionally, the engineer signature VESGA MORENO INGENIEROSoffers the opportunity to the students to make their managerial practice likeEngineering assistants, more specifically in the licitations area, through of anagreement document subscribed with the School of Civil Engineering. In the present work can find many aspects of the experience obtained duringthe development of the practice, not only in the pre-contracting licitation scopelike so, but also in developing of public works contracts, and the law on whichtype of processes is based. | |
