| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto expone las actividades desarrolladas en el Laboratorio de Ensayos a Conductores Eléctricos CEDSA, conducentes a su acreditación, bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Requisitos generales de competencia de laboratorios de ensayo y calibraciónfl. Este proceso se desarrollo en seis etapas cimentadas en un ciclo de mejoramiento continuo: 1. Diagnóstico de la situación inicial. 2. Sensibilización y capacitación. 3. Diseño y documentación de los procedimientos de gestión y técnicos incluyendo una breve descripción de la metodología empleada para determinar los valores de incertidumbre. 4. Implementación. 5. Seguimiento a través de una auditoría de suficiencia 6. Mejoramiento como resultado de los hallazgos de la auditoría. El Sistema de Gestión de calidad en mención, es una herramienta eficaz que permite garantizar la confiabilidad y validez de los resultados técnicos emitidos por el laboratorio de ensayos en el ámbito nacional como internacional. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project exposes the developed activities on the electronic conductor testing laboratory from CEDSA, conducing to it accreditation, under the lineaments of the NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements of competences from test and calibration laboratoriesfl. This process had been developed on six stages based in a cycle of continuous improvement: 1. Diagnose about the initial situation. 2. Sensitize and qualification. 3. Design and documentation of the management and technician procedures including a brief description of the method used for determine the uncertainty values. 4. Implementation. 5. Pursuit through an audition of sufficiency. 6. Improvement as result of the finding from the audition. The quality management system on mention, is an effective tool that allow to guarantee the trustworthiness and validity of the technicians results emitted by the testing laboratory in the national and international scope | |
