dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolló en la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito Capital, en el periodo comprendido entre los meses de febrero y septiembre de 2009 y su propósito principal consistió en estudiar la actual situación de seguridad industrial al interior de los trece colegios técnico industriales del distrito de Bogotá, administrados directamente por la Secretaria de Educación de Bogotá, permitiendo, de esta manera, mitigar los riesgos a los que se someten los jóvenes educandos dentro de los talleres y así, salvaguardar la integridad física de los estudiantes que para complementar su formación académica deben manipular las diferentes máquinas herramientas disponibles en los diversos talleres industriales de dichas instituciones educativas. Las etapas previas de desarrollo del presente trabajo consistieron inicialmente en una documentación de tipo general del tema en cuestión, adoptando como guía principal la Norma NTC OHSAS 18001, posteriormente se ubicaron y visitaron los diferentes colegios distritales, con el fin de observar la variedad de actividades que se llevan a cabo en los mismos, generando de esta manera un diagnóstico de la situación inicial que permita finalmente proyectar una cartilla de tipo pedagógico para la correcta utilización de los diversos equipos útiles en la formación técnica de los escolares de los variados niveles educativos de secundaria.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present work of degree was developed in the Education Secretary of the Capital District in the period comprised between February and September of 2009 and his main purpose consisted in studying the current situation of industrial security to the interior of the technical industrial schools of the district of Bogotá, allowing by this way mantain safely the physical integrity of the students that to complement his academic training have to manipulate the different machines and available tools in the diverse industrial workshops of the schools. The previous stages of development of the present work consisted initially in a general documentation of the subject in question, adopting like main guide the Norm NTC OHSAS 18001, subsequently situated and visited the different distrital schools, to observe the activities that are develope in the same, generating in this way a diagnostic of the initial situation and finally projected a short book of pedagogical type for the correct utilization of the equipments. 3
