| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto SISTEMA SOFTWARE PARA EL MANEJO DE LA INFORMACIÓN DEL BANCO METROPOLITANO DE SANGRE – CENTRO REGIONAL DE HEMOFILIA DE LA EMPRESA SOCIAL DEL ESTADO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE SANTANDER, SIBS, es una herramienta software diseñada acorde a las necesidades del área, la cual permite generar automáticamente un historial de donantes, resultados de exámenes, ordenes de despacho y control de unidades solicitadas por otras entidades de la salud. Además permite registrar todo tipo de movimiento existente, así como controlar los inventarios físicos por depósito y la realización de informes mensuales requeridos por el Ministerio de Seguridad Social. Para este proyecto se contó con la participación del personal vinculado al Banco de Sangre y el Departamento de Sistemas de la entidad. Las herramientas de desarrollo empleadas fueron Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 como plataforma de programación y Microsoft SQL Server 2000 como motor de base de datos; Así mismo se encuentra soportado en los estándares que rigen la institución cuyo fin principal es dotar de mayores garantías de protección a los usuarios, recursos humanos de salud e instituciones responsables de su manejo y control en todo lo relacionado con la sangre en el territorio colombiano. La metodología aplicada para el desarrollo del sistema fue el prototipado evolutivo por facilitar la recolección de requerimientos, la construcción de la base de datos, entregas parciales, capacitación al personal e integración entre los sistemas paralelos. Es de anotar que el software para el manejo de la información del banco de sangre puede ser integrado directamente con los módulos Historia Clínica electrónica Orientada por Problemas (HCOP), Sistema de Ayudas Diagnosticas (SMAD) y el sistema software para el apoyo médico - asistencial y logístico del área quirúrgica (SIAMAQ), formando parte de la solución integral en sistemas de información en cualquier entidad de salud. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR THE HANDLING OF THE INFORMATION OF THE METROPOLITAN BLOOD BANK - REGIONAL CENTER OF HEMOFILIA OF THE STATE SOCIAL COMPANY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL OF SANTANDER, SIBS, it is a software tool designed according to the area needs, which allows to automatically generate a file of donors, examinations results, order of delivery and control of units required by other health organizations. Additionally it allows to register all type of existing movement, as well as to control the physical inventories by store and the accomplishment of monthly information required by the health ministry. For this project the personnel of the Blood donation point and the Department of Systems of the Hospital participated actively. The development tools used were Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 as the programming platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database engine; Also it is supported on the standards that govern the institution whose main aim is to provide the users with greater protection guarantees, human health resources and institutions responsible for the handling and control of all the matters related to the blood in the Colombian territory.
