dc.description.abstract	Actualmente uno de los sectores que evoluciona en Colombia, lo componen el comercio, los restaurantes y hoteles. En el caso de la hotelería, la reactivación del turismo impulsada por la garantía de mayor seguridad vial, contribuyó a elevar significativamente este sector en muchas regiones del país. El sector hotelero en la provincia de Guanentá a la cual pertenece el municipio de Aratoca, encuentra una gran oportunidad gracias al Parque Nacional del Chicamocha ubicado en la vía nacional que une a Bucaramanga con Bogotá y lo ubica estratégicamente sobre esta importante ruta de afluencia en el departamento. Por lo anterior, la creación de un hotel en el municipio se hace necesaria teniendo en cuenta la escasez de establecimientos que brinden el servicio de hospedaje en el sector complaciendo las exigencias de alojamiento, descanso, confort y diversión de los viajeros y turistas que visitan transitoriamente la población de Aratoca y la provincia Guanentina. El siguiente documento enseña la factibilidad sobre la creación de un hotel ubicado en el municipio de Aratoca en Santander. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que el 60% de los turistas manifiestan no haber visitado Aratoca en los últimos cinco años, es claro que el turismo en el municipio no ha sido explotado turísticamente y que sus atractivos y lugares no tienen el reconocimiento deseado. El estudio técnico indica que su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa. El proyecto y la evaluación permiten ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativas sino por el contrario generará empleo, desarrollo económico y turístico para el municipio y calidad de vida para los usuarios y población Aratoqueña. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	Currently one of the sectors that evolve in Colombia is made up of trade, restaurants and hotels. In the case of the hotel, tourism-driven reactivation of ensuring safer roads, contributed significantly to raising the industry in many regions of the country. The hotel sector in the province it belongs Guanentá municipality Aratoca, is a great opportunity through the National Park Chicamocha country located on the road linking Bogota and Bucaramanga with strategically located on this important route flow in the department . Therefore, the creation of a hotel in the town is necessary taking into account the shortage of facilities that provide the hosting service in the industry indulging the demands for accommodation, rest, comfort and entertainment of travelers and tourists visiting temporarily population and the province Aratoca Guanentina. The following document shows the feasibility of creating a hotel located in the municipality of Aratoca in Santander. The studies allow us to observe that 60% of tourists are not visiting Aratoca in the last five years, it is clear that tourism in the municipality has not been exploited and their attractive places do not have the desired recognition. The technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining location, processes, layout and the necessary resources for implementation, its organizational constitution is simple and allows for planning, managing, directing and controlling the activities of the new company.
