dc.description.abstract	El día a día hace que la población busque no solo satisfacer la necesidad de alimentación y sensación de llenura, sin hacer un alto en el camino y lograr incorporar en su alimentación comida sana y alimentos nutricionales que no solo cumplan con llenar sino que aporte a su salud y bienestar, es por esto que el Restaurante en Casa, ofrece a sus clientes una amplia gama de platos nutricionales guiados por un profesional en la materia que le compete, es muy importante que la dieta sea variada porque todos los alimentos tienen distintos tipos de nutrientes que el cuerpo necesita, como las proteínas, vitaminas y minerales. Por todo lo anterior, al no existir un restaurante como en casa en la zona de Cabecera del Llano de Bucaramanga para los trabajadores de las empresas, ante el panorama expuesto y teniendo en cuenta el comportamiento del crecimiento de las empresas del sector de Cabecera del Llano del municipio de Bucaramanga, se hace necesario la realización de un estudio para poder determinar la viabilidad, factibilidad de un Restaurante de Comida saludable como en casa. El siguiente estudio se desarrolló en el segmento de los trabajadores de las empresas que se encuentran del sector de Cabecera del Llano, del municipio de Bucaramanga, equivalente a 2.214 trabajadores, de los cuales el 85% de ellos tienen la costumbre de almorzar fuera de casa, equivalente a 1882 trabajadores, consumiendo un total de 509.871 al año. La evaluación del proyecto permite ver que es viable desde el punto financiero, se logró comprobar su rentabilidad y factibilidad y conveniencia para la futura puesta en marcha, donde sus resultados fueron favorables, dando un VPN de $137.300.913, una TIR del 60,22% y un periodo de recuperación del capital de 2 años y 3 meses aproximadamente.
