| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto contiene la metodología llevada a cabo, para que el Laboratorio de Electroquímica de la Corporación para la Investigación de la Corrosión, tuviera un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, que le permitiera validar su competencia técnica y dar confiabilidad a los resultados entregados a sus clientes. El Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad diseñado para el Laboratorio, cumple con los requisitos de gestión y técnicos exigidos en la Norma NTC-ISO-IEC17025: 2005, el cual se logró mediante la finalización de las siguientes cinco fases consecutivas, explicadas detalladamente al interior de cada capítulo de este libro: Diagnóstico Inicial a través de la aplicación de una lista de chequeo; Capacitación y Sensibilización del personal acerca de temas relacionados con la calidad; Documentación en manuales, procedimientos, guías, instructivos y formatos, de los procesos realizados en el Laboratorio de Electroquímica; Implementación de la documentación diseñada según los recursos proporcionados; y Realización de dos Auditorias Internas donde se evaluó el cumplimiento y funcionalidad del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Los resultados de la aplicación de esta metodología, son mostrados al final del documento, empezando por los hallazgos encontrados en cada una de las auditorias, seguidos por los planes de acción correspondientes, el análisis final de resultados, las conclusiones generales observadas en cada una de las etapas, y las recomendaciones sugeridas para mantener y mejorar continuamente el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad del Laboratorio de Electroquímica. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project contains the methodology carried out so that the Laboratory of Electrochemistry of the Corporation for the Investigation of the Corrosion had a system of administration of the quality that allowed him to validate its technical competition and to give dependability to the results given to its clients. The system of administration of the quality designed for the Laboratory fulfills the administration requirements and technicians demanded in the Norma NTC-ISO-IEC 17025:2005, which was achieved by means of the finalization of the following five serial phases, explained detailed to the interior of each chapter of this book: Initial diagnosis through the application of a checkup list; Training and the personnel's sensitization about topics related with the quality; Documentation in manuals, procedures, guides, instructive and formats of the procedures carried out in the Laboratory of Electrochemistry; Implementation of the documentation designed according to the proportionate resources; and, Realization of two internal audits where it was evaluated the execution and functionality of the system of administration of quality. The obtained results of the application of this methodology are shown at the end of the document, beginning with the discoveries found in each one of the audits, continued by the corresponding action plans, the final analysis of results, the general conclusions observed in each one of the stages and the recommendations suggested to maintain and to improve the System of Administration of the Quality of the Laboratory of Electrochemistry continually. | |
