dc.description.abstract	El estudio de factibilidad propende por generar una expectativa al inversionista en la creación y establecimiento de una empresa rural cuyo objeto social es la cría y ceba intensiva de ganado bovino, aplicando el sistema de explotación intensivo y la técnica de la semiestabulación para aprovechar los pastos del predio donde se ejecuta el proyecto, la empresa se ha denominado GANADERIA SERRANOCHO LTDA, ente jurídico cuya sede principal está en el municipio Galán, Santander, con un radio de acción sobre los demás municipios de la provincia comunera y guanentina. La explotación y producción de la ceba intensiva en semiestabulación está proyectada para producir en un término de cinco a seis meses Bovinos de la raza CEBU con un peso de ganado en pie que está entre los 450 y 500 kilos, los toretes se adquieren principalmente en las ferias ganaderas del municipio de Socorro, ferias que se realizan cada seis meses y se exhiben lo mejor de las ganaderías lecheras, ceba y carne, y de doble propósito. El proyecto se desarrolla en la finca IPAKARAI, de la vereda Buenavista del municipio de Galán, región que se ha caracterizado por producir las mejores razas y bovinos en lo que ha explotación de carne se refiere. Se ha tomado la técnica de la semiestabulación dentro del sistema de explotación intensivo, porque la finca tiene excelentes pastos de corte como elefante y ramio, y las variedades estrella, braquiaria y humidicolas. Los estudios de mercado, técnico, administrativo, financiero y la evaluación final del estudio permiten conocer hasta donde es funcional establecer una empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The study of feasibility take place to generate an expectation to the investor in the creation and establishment of a rural company whose social object is the breeding and it feeds intensive of bovine livestock, applying the intensive system of exploitation and the technique of the semiestabulación to take advantage of the grasses of the property where the project, the company is executed it has been denominated CATTLE RAISING SERRANOCHO LTDA, juridical entity whose main headquarters is in the municipality Gallant, Santander, with an action radius on the other municipalities of the county comunera and guanentina. The exploitation and production of it feeds it intensive in semiestabulación it is projected to take place in a term from five to six Bovine months of the race CEBU with a livestock weight in foot that is between the 450 and 500 kilos, the toretes they are acquired mainly in the cattle fairs of the municipality of Socorro, fairs that are carried out every six months and they are exhibited the best in the cattle raising milkmaids, it feeds and meat, and of double purpose. The project is developed in the property IPAKARAI, of the sidewalk Buenavista of the municipality of Gallant, region that has been characterized to produce the best races and bovine in what there is meat exploitation he/she refers. He/she has taken the technique of the semiestabulación inside the intensive system of exploitation, because the property has excellent court grasses as elephant and ramio, and the varieties star, braquiaria and humidicolas. The market studies, technician, administrative, financial and the final evaluation of the study allows to know up to where it is functional to establish a company.
