dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación nace con el objetivo de describir los cambios generados en la estructura administrativa de la Asociación ProDesarrollo de familias APRODEFA, identificando cada uno de los componentes de su organigrama institucional que define funciones, competencias y determina temporalidades, además de los anteriores objetivos esta investigación archivística pretende desarrollar historia e identificar cambios (administrativos, misionales y visiónales), impactos y permanencias de la institución en la sociedad desde su fundación en 1999 hasta 2010. La base para este proyecto fueron los documentos que la institución produjo en los últimos 10 años, estos reposan en la sede central de Barranquilla y son factibles de organización. Se utilizó fuente oral, obtenida mediante entrevistas a algunos funcionarios de la institución; éstas mejoraron las perspectivas de la investigación, enriqueciendo la visión global sobre el trabajo realizado por este grupo de personas, esto con el objetivo de contrastar entrevistas y material de archivo para darle más posibilidad analítica y fuerza documental al trabajo. El compromiso que se adquirió a través del proyecto implicaba la investigación de carácter histórico con el fin de reconducir la documentación a un orden, a partir del cual se organizó el fondo del archivo institucional. De esta manera se elaboró el proyecto de investigación sobre la historia institucional de la fundación APRODEFA.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This research was founded with the aim of describing the changes generated in the administrative structure of the pro-development Association APRODEFA families, identifying each of the components of organizational chart that defines roles, responsibilities and time frames determined in addition to the above objectives this research aims at developing archival history and identify changes (administrative, missionary and visional), impact and permanence of the institution in the society since its foundation in 1999 until 2010. The basis for this project was that the institution documents produced in the last 10 years, basing on the headquarters of Barranquilla and organization are feasible. Oral source was used, obtained through interviews with officials of the institution, these improved prospects of research, enriching overview of the work done by this group of people, this with the aim of testing interviews and files to give analytical ability and strength more documentary work. The compromise that was acquired through the project involved historical research in order to redirect the documents to an order, from which the fund was organized institutional file. Thus was developed the research project on the institutional history of the founding APRODEFA.
