| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio se analizaron las características del sector de confecciones en el municipio de Betulia Santander, con el propósito de identificar las posibilidades de la creación de una fábrica de confecciones sobre medidas para dama en este municipio. Se realizó la investigación con 104 mujeres mayores de edad, residentes en la zona urbana de Betulia, a las cuales se les consultó sobre sus preferencias y costumbres para la adquisición de su ropa. Con dicha investigación se conoció que las damas prefieren mandar confeccionar para que las prendas se ajusten a sus medidas y se realice el diseño deseado, también las prendas de mayor solicitud de confección son el pantalón, la blusa y la falda. Mediante encuesta aplicada a las personas que actualmente confeccionan sobre medidas en el municipio, se identificó que el costo del servicio no incluye los accesorios de las prendas y el tiempo de entrega es superior a cuatro días. Se pretende crear una empresa unipersonal, inicialmente laborando con un operario o modista, laborando durante 8 horas diarias; donde las damas pueden acercarse con su tela y mandar confeccionar cualquier tipo de prenda para dama, en el menor tiempo posible, brindando la oportunidad de escoger los accesorios y estilo deseado. Su ubicación más apropiada es el centro del Municipio de Betulia para facilitar el acceso a los clientes y la cercanía con los almacenes de telas. Con la elaboración del estudio financiero y posterior evaluación, se determinó que el proyecto no es viable financieramente; ya que la recuperación de la inversión es muy lenta, por lo tanto crear una fábrica de confecciones sobre medidas solo para dama no es recomendable. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this study was analyzed the characteristics of the clothing sector in the municipality of Betulia Santander, with the purpose of identifying the possibilities of the creation of a measures clothing factory for ladies in this municipality. The investigation was carried out with 104 women older enough, residents in the urban area of Betulia, to which were consulted on their preferences and customs for the acquisition of their clothes. With this investigation it was known that the ladies prefer to order to make their clothes so that the garments are adjusted to their measures and be carried out the wanted design, the garments of more making claim are also the trousers, the blouse and the skirt. By means of survey applied to people that at the moment make on measures in the municipality, it was identified that the cost of the service doesn't include the accessories of the garments and the time of delivery is superior to four days. It is sought to create a unipersonal company, initially working with an operator or dressmaker, laboring during 8 hours daily; where the ladies can come closer with their cloth and to order to make any type of lady garment, in the minimum possible time, offering the opportunity to choose the accessories and wanted style. the more appropriate location of the factory is the center of the Betulia municipality that facilitates the access to the clients and the proximity with the cloths shops. With the elaboration of the financial study and later on evaluation, it was determined that the project is not financially viable; since the recovery of the investment is so slowly, therefore to create a measures clothing factory just for ladies is not advisable. | |
