dc.description.abstract	En este proyecto de grado se diseñó y desarrolló una herramienta software que soluciona el problema que tienen ciertos especialistas médicos como es la ausencia de un soporte grafico en el momento de realizar la revisión física del Paciente, describiendo detalladamente la ubicación y gravedad de la enfermedad. La aplicación informática fue implementada tanto para computadores personales como para dispositivos móviles, permitiendo la sincronización de toda la información clínica de un medio a otro, incluyendo el registro grafico. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se utilizaron las siguientes tecnologías: Motor de Base de Datos Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Lenguaje de desarrollo Visual C Sharp 2005, IDE Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005, .Net Framework 2.0 y .Net Compact Framework 2.0, este último para el desarrollo en el dispositivo móvil, el cual se basa en el Sistema Operativo Windows Mobile 6. Además para el proceso de sincronización entre los dispositivos se requirió de Microsoft Active Sync y IDE Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2008. En este libro se encuentra toda la información relacionada con el proceso de diseño, desarrollo e implementación de la aplicación software, describiendo la metodología que se utilizó, las tecnologías aplicadas, las pruebas, etc. Además se incluye el Documento de Especificación de Requisitos Software basado en estándar de IEEE 830.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project was focus on designing and developing a software tool that somehow facilitates the problem which certain physicians have like not counting with graphic support at the moment of doing the physical examination of the patient, describing in detail the location of the disease and how bad is it. The application was implemented for computers and movil devices, allowing the synchronization of all the clinical information from one media to another, including the graphic record. For the development of the project were necesary the following technologies: Database Engine Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Programming Language Visual C Sharp 2005, IDE Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005, .Net Framework 2.0 and Net Compact Framework 2.0, this one for the development of the movil device, which is based on the operative system Windows Mobile 6. and for the synchronization process between the devices was required Microsoft Active Sync and IDE Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2008. In this book is contained all the information related with the designing process, the development and the implementation of the software application, describing the methodology used, the technologies applied, the tests, etc. Also is included the specification document of Software requirements based on standard of IEEE 830.
