| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto nace de la importancia de ser una organización productiva y competitiva bajo el esquema de la economía global, TEJIDOS ESQUI SURF LTDA., ha tomado como estrategia que sus operaciones estén fundamentadas en la calidad. Por tal razón la empresa determino implementar el SGC, basado en los principios y requerimientos de la norma NTC 9001:2000, que se convierte en la oportunidad de estandarizar sus procesos y mejorar la productividad y competitividad de la empresa. La empresa logró un mejoramiento basado en su estructura documental y el apoyo a nivel gerencial, el impulso y los conocimientos de la coordinadora de calidad y la participación activa de todos los miembros de la organización, el cual fue evidenciado el 20 de Junio de 2007 día que recibe el reconocimiento por parte de ICONTE a su SGC. Este proyecto es muy satisfactorio debido a que durante la práctica se pueden aplicar todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera y el autor tuvo la oportunidad de participar en el programa EXPOPYME de PROEXPORT para preparar y apoyar a la organización hacia el proceso de exportación. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project is created as a result of the importance of being a productive and competitive organization according to the trends of the global economy, TEJIDOS ESQUI SURF, has adopted the strategy of implementing quality based operations. For such a reason, this company decided to implement the SGC (Quality Management System), based on the principles and requirements of the norm NTC 9001:2000, as an opportunity to standardize their processes, improve the productivity and competitiveness. The company achieved an improvement based on its documental structure and the support at a managerial level; the aspiration and the knowledge of the quality coordinator; and the active participation of all the members of the organization. This was proved on May of 2007 when the company got the recommendation to certificate its Quality Management System by the audit leader and the ICONTEC technical expert. This project was very satisfactory because during the internship, all the knowledge acquired during the Pregraduate studies was applied and the author had the opportunity to participate in the EXPOPYME program by PROEXPORT to prepare and support the organization in the exports process. | |
