dc.description.abstract	La práctica jurídica social se desarrolla en las instalaciones de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, específicamente en la oficina de Secretaría General, encargada de comunicar y notificar los actos expedidos por el Consejo Superior, Consejo Académico y el Rector. El trabajo realizado consistió en el acompañamiento y apoyo a la Oficina de la Secretaria General de la UIS, referente a la contestación de peticiones y la notificación de los mismos en los términos establecidos por la ley con el fin de garantizar los derechos consagrados en la Constitución Política de Colombia y en los Reglamentos Internos de la Universidad. El mencionado proyecto se realizó con el ánimo de beneficiar a toda la comunidad UIS interesada en acudir al Consejo Académico de la institución, teniendo en cuenta los problemas que enfrenta un estudiante en su vida universitaria y así mismo informar los diferentes tramites académicos y administrativos que pueden realizar, conforme a las normas internas de la Universidad, además de ello responder y notificar oportuna y eficazmente las peticiones que los solicitantes interponen, esto se dio con el fin de respetar y proteger los derechos de los peticionarios en el marco legal colombiano y de la misma forma garantizar la relevancia de los reglamentos y acuerdos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This social legal practice takes place in the facilities of the Industrial University of Santander, specifically in the office of General Secretary, responsible for communicating and reporting acts issued by the Superior Council, the Academic Council and the rector. The work carried out consisted of the accompaniment and support to the Office of the General Secretariat of the Industrial University of Santander, referring to the responses to the requests and the notifications of the same in the established terms by the law in order to guarantee the rights enshrined in the Constitution of Colombia and the internal regulations of the University. The mentioned project was developed with the aim of benefiting all UIS community interested in attending the Academic Council of the institution, taking into account the problems faced by a student's university life and likewise inform the various academic and administrative procedures that can be performed in accordance to the internal rules of the University , moreover respond and report timely and effectively the requests that applicants present , this occurred in order to respect and protect the rights of the petitioners in the Colombian legal framework and Likewise ensure the relevance of the regulations and agreements of the Industrial University of Santander.
