| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto consistió en el desarrollo de un sistema de información que apoya los procesos de inscripción, pruebas de admisión, matricula, calculo de indicadores de gestión y estadísticas de la Institución Educativa mencionada en el titulo. Para ello se utilizaron como tecnologías de desarrollo PHP y manejador de base de datos Mysql. Además el lenguaje unificado de modelado (UML) apoyó la fase de diseño del sistema, donde se especificaron la funcionalidad de la herramienta y la forma como se comportaría. A cuanto a metodología de desarrollo fue utilizado el prototipado evolutivo el cual permitió el desarrollo de tres prototipos hasta obtener el producto final a satisfacción de los usuarios. Por otro lado, esta aplicación fue creada para funcionar en la Web, basándose en la arquitectura cliente-servidor y desarrollada con tecnologías de software libre. Esta aplicación fue diseñada para ser utilizada por los funcionarios de las diferentes sedes pertenecientes a la Institución Educativa Infantas, los cuales administrarán información referente a inscripciones, pruebas, matriculas, estadísticas e indicadores de gestión. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Project consists of the development of an information system that supports inscription processes, admission tests, registration, reckoning of management indicators, and statistic of the Educative Institution named above. For this we use like technology of development PHP and Mysql data base driver. Furthermore, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) supported the phase of system design, where it was specified the functionality of the tool and the way how was going to behave. About methodology of development, it was used the evolutive prototype, which let us to develop three prototypes until we reach the final product according to the users' satisfaction. On the other hand, this application was created to work in the web, based on the architecture client-server and develop with technologies of free software. This application was designed to be used for the workers of the different branches that belong to the Infantas Educative Institution, who will administer information related to inscriptions, tests, registrations, statistic, and management indicators. | |
