dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado refleja las actividades de construcción de vivienda en un sistema estructural de mampostería a la vista en una zona de amenaza sísmica baja y el trabajo de apoyo técnico a la empresa M&S CONCIVEL S.A.S en sus labores de supervisión y control de avance de obra del proyecto Asturias Hogares Felices en la ciudad de Turbaco, Bolívar. Se realizaron recorridos diarios durante la duración de las prácticas empresariales donde el estudiante adquirió experiencia en el rol de ingeniero residente, en la gestión y control de los recursos de obra, así como del recurso humano. Se implementaron nuevos formatos y estrategias in situ que facilitan el control de los desperdicios de ladrillo, y se reportó el error de la cartilla de cantidades estándar entregadas por la constructora del proyecto para su corrección durante la ejecución de la etapa 8. Se implementaron las estrategias de la metodología del Project Management Institute (PMI) así como los requerimientos normativos del Reglamento Colombiano de Construcción Sismo Resistente (NSR-10). Se evidenció el compromiso de la empresa por realizar sus tareas de construcción de vivienda industrializada con el mayor de los estándares y se recomienda la continua implementación y mejora de los formatos entregados a la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This degree work reflects the activities of housing construction in a structural system of exposed masonry in an area of low seismic threat and the work of technical support to the company M&S CONCIVEL S.A.S in its tasks of supervision and control of progress of the Asturias Hogares Felices project in the city of Turbaco, Bolívar. Daily tours were carried out during the duration of the business practices where the student gained experience in the role of resident engineer, in the management and control of work resources, as well as human resources. New formats and strategies were implemented in situ that facilitate the control of brick waste, and the error in the booklet of standard quantities delivered by the project builder was reported for correction during the execution of stage 8. The strategies that were implemented were those of the methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as the regulatory requirements of the Colombian Regulation for Earthquake Resistant Construction (NSR-10). The company's commitment to carry out its industrialized housing construction tasks with the highest standards was evidenced, and the continuous implementation and improvement of the formats delivered to the company is recommended.
