| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta las bases del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) de la empresa ESPUMAS SANTANDER S.A., fundamentado en los principios y requerimientos de las NTC ISO 9001:2000, incluyendo la descripción de los procesos principales de la empresa. Por medio de este trabajo se logró evaluar la situación inicial de la empresa con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000, sensibilizar y capacitar al personal tanto operativo como administrativo, diseñar, documentar el SGC y evaluar el sistema por medio de auditorias internas para de esta manera identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que permitan generar acciones correspondientes y por ultimo alcanzar la certificación del SGC ante el en certificador ICONTEC. La realización de este proyecto contribuirá a aumentar la competitividad de ESPUMAS SANTANDER S.A. frente a las demás empresas del sector, ya que estableciendo el SGC se aseguran estándares de calidad en sus procesos. Este proyecto permita aplicar de la mejor manera los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera, los cuales incrementan la eficacia de una organización a través de la integración de recursos humanos, físicos y económicos en la producción. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document presents the bases of the system of administration of the quality in the enterprise ESPUMAS SANTANDER S.A., supported in the principles and requests of the NTC ISO 9001:2000, including the description of the main processes of the enterprise. By jeans of this work it was posible to evaluate the inicial situation of the company with regard to the execution of the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2000, to sensitize and to qualify the personnel so much operative as administrative, to design and to document the SAQ, to evaluate the system by jeans of internal audits for of this way to identify the strengths and weaknesses that allow to generate corresponding actions and lastly to reach the certification of the SAQ befote the entity certifier ICONTEC. The realization of this Project Hill contribuye to increase the competitiveness of ESPUMAS SANTANDER S.A. in front of the other companies of the sector, since establishing the SAQ makes sure high standards of quality in its processes. This project allows to apply in the best way the acquired knowledge along the career, which increase the effectiveness of an organization through the integration of human resources, physical and economic in the production. | |
