| dc.description.abstract | La práctica jurídico social se realizó en la oficina del Grupo de Discapacidad y LGBTI adscrito a la Secretaría de Desarrollo de la Gobernación de Santander, y su principal objetivo fue ofrecer apoyo jurídico al proceso de construcción del marco normativo de la Política Pública de discapacidad mediante la recopilación de las normas internacionales que son referencia para la creación de normas nacionales, en materia de protección y garantías de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Así mismo, el desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social se centró en el análisis de las leyes colombianas y pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional en relación a las garantías otorgadas por la Constitución Nacional de 1991 y las leyes relacionadas con la inclusión plena de las personas con discapacidad en los diversos ámbitos de la vida diaria. Las actividades ejecutadas durante los cuatro meses de la práctica se cumplieron mediante los objetivos planteados al inicio de la misma, permitiendo un acercamiento profesional para el afianzamiento de los conocimientos y habilidades adquiridas en el pregrado en las áreas de derecho constitucional y derechos humanos. Los principales resultados fueron: recopilación de normas actualizadas y la construcción del marco normativo de la Política Pública de Discapacidad del Departamento de Santander, la identificación del proceso de creación del Comité Departamental de Discapacidad conforme a lo dispuesto por la Ley 1145 de 2007, el diseño de unas diapositivas y finalmente la entrega de un documento, que busca servir de base normativa que brinde un conocimiento más amplio de las normas relativas a protección y garantía de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad a la Secretaría de Desarrollo. 1 | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The social legal practice was carried out in the office of the disability group, ascribed to the Secretary of Development of the Government of Santander and its main objective was to offer legal support to the process of construction of the normative framework of the Public Policy of disability through the compilation of international standards norms that are a reference for the creation of national norms, in terms of protection and guarantees of the rights of persons with disabilities. Likewise, the development of the social legal practice focused on the analysis of Colombian laws and pronouncements of the Constitutional Court in relation to the guarantees granted by the National Constitution of 1991 and the laws related to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in the different areas of a daily life. The activities carried out during the four months of the practice were fulfilled through the objectives set at the beginning of the same, allowing a professional approach for the consolidation of knowledge and skills acquired in the undergraduate in the areas of constitutional law and human rights. The main results were: compilation of updated norms and the construction of the normative framework of the Public Policy on Disability of the Department of Santander; and the identification of the creation process of the Departmental Disability Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Law 1145 of 2007, and finally the delivery of a document, which seeks to serve as a normative basis that provides a broader knowledge of the norms related to protection and guarantee of the rights of persons with disabilities to the Secretary of Development. 3 | |
