dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de la practica jurídico empresarial se llevó acabo en la empresa ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER S.A. ESP, una empresa dedicada principalmente a la ejecución de proyectos que garanticen una eficaz prestación del servicio público de energía en sus diferentes modalidades, dentro de estos proyectos se destaca el proceso ambiental, el cual es de vital importancia para el otorgamiento de licencias y permisos ambientales, en este sentido ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER S.A al ser una empresa con gran responsabilidad social busca estar a la vanguardia y estar certificada en las distintas normatividades técnicas tal como lo es la ISO 14000 con la implantación del sistema gestión ambiental, dentro del cual la creación y actualización de una matriz de requisitos legales es de vital importancia, pues esta facilita de gran manera la verificación de requisitos. Considerando lo anterior, la práctica jurídica desarrollada en el área de gestión operativa equipo planificación y gestión de la electrificadora de Santander se orientó a la verificación y actualización de la matriz de requisitos legal proceso necesario para obtener la certificación en la norma técnica internacional ISO 14000 además del acompañamiento y apoyo jurídico en las distintas actividades del área, esto permitió un cumplimiento asertivo dentro de los objetivos del área.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of the business legal practice was carried out in the company ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER SA ESP, a company dedicated mainly to the execution of projects that guarantee an efficient provision of the public energy service in its different modalities, within these projects The environmental process is highlighted, which is of vital importance for the granting of environmental licenses and permits, in this sense, ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER SA, being a company with great social responsibility, seeks to be at the forefront and be certified in the different technical regulations such as as is ISO 14000 with the implementation of the environmental management system, within which the creation and updating of a matrix of legal requirements is of vital importance, as it greatly facilitates the verification of requirements. Considering the above, the legal practice developed in the area of operational management, planning and management team of the Santander electrification plant, was oriented to the verification and updating of the matrix of legal requirements, the process necessary to obtain certification in the international technical standard ISO 14000. of the accompaniment and legal support in the different activities of the area, this includes an assertive fulfillment within the objectives of the area.
