dc.description.abstract	La práctica jurídico-social se desarrolla en las instalaciones del Consultorio Jurídico del Sindicato de Educadores de Santander, donde se le brinda un servicio jurídico a los docentes y directivos docentes pertenecientes a esta entidad. El realizado trabajo consistió en el acompañamiento y capacitación al personal docente en lo referente a derecho laboral y seguridad social, de igual manera se defendieron mediante diversos mecanismos de protección de derechos humanos, usándose herramientas constitucionales como derechos de petición, acciones de tutelas e incidentes de desacatos, entre otros. Con esta práctica se logró precisar diversos temas que envuelven a los docentes en la actualidad, siendo la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales la problemática mas influyente en el Sindicato de Educadores de Santander, problemas referentes a hijos menores y personas de la tercera edad, los cuales están protegidos por un ordenamiento constitucional a raíz, de la constitución de 1991, y que ha venido desarrollando la Corte constitucional, con sus magistrados, dándole vida a esta nueva constitución bajo un marco de Estado Social y Democrático de Derecho, el cual nos rige y ha afianzado no solo a los docentes sino a todo el pueblo colombiano brindándole garantías para su libre desarrollo de la personalidad y brindándoles un debido proceso que no existía. Adicional a esto se le ofrece al sector educador diversas herramientas para que puedan actuar ellos mismos en cuestiones diarias, para proteger sus derechos consagrados en la carta magna que nos rige.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The social-legal practice takes place in the premises of the Legal Clinic of the Teachers' Union of Santander, where it provides a legal service to teachers and school administrators belonging to this entity. The performed work consisted in the support and training to the teachers in regards of labor law and social security, just as they were defended through various human rights protection mechanisms, being used constitutional tools such as petition rights, guardianship actions and contempt proceedings, among others. During this practice, it was able to clarify various issues involving teachers today, being the violation of fundamental rights the most influential problem in the Santander Teachers' Union, problems concerning minor children and elderly people, which are protected by a constitutional system of the 1991 constitution, which has been developing the Constitutional Court, with its judges, giving life to this new constitution within a framework of social and democratic state of law, which governs us and has supported not only teachers but to all the Colombian people by providing guarantees for their free development of personality and providing a process that never existed. Additional to this is offered to the industry educator different tools so they can act themselves in everyday matters, to protect their rights enshrined in the constitution that governs us.
