| dc.description.abstract | El Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo (SITM) propuesto para el AMB, presenta una oportunidad de modernización empresarial Œ tecnológica para las empresas de transporte urbano del AMB. A nivel nacional, el transporte urbano presenta unas marcadas deficiencias como sobreoferta de vehículos, concentración de rutas y guerra del centavo, que han motivado la formulación de la Política Nacional de Transporte Masivo. El AMB al igual que las demás ciudades del país se ha propuesto implementar un SITM. Este proyecto representa retos para las empresas de transporte urbano en materia de desarrollo empresarial Œ tecnológico. Estos procesos pueden sustentarse desde las teorías evolucionistas de la firma, que trantan a esta como una entidad que se comporta y evoluciona en función de su rutina de operación. Igualmente, dentro de estos procesos la innovación tecnológica juega un papel relevante para la modernización del transporte urbano. Las empresas de transporte tienen el temor de ser desplazadas por capitales foráneos debido a las condiciones y características del nuevo sistema de transporte. Si bien es cierto, que si las empresas de transporte no adelantan procesos de desarrollo empresarial y tecnológico pueden perder una gran participación en el sistema de transporte, también es cierto, que si los llevan a cabo sus posibilidades de continuar participando en el son muy altas. En función de lo anterior, bajo unos supuestos muy desfavorables para las empresas de transporte del AMB, se estima que perderían cerca del 52.18% de la inversión actual, el 83.48% de los buses actuales y el 80.78% de los empleos generados por el transporte. De esta forma desde las teorías evolucionistas de la firma se plantea un proceso de reconversión empresarial y tecnológica para las empresas de transporte que tiene como propósito principal garantizar la participación de las empresas en el nuevo sistema de transporte. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Integrated System of Massive Transport (SITM) proposed for the AMB, it presents an opportunity of managerial modernization - technological for the companies of urban transport of the AMB. At national level, the urban transport presents some marked deficiencies like oversupply of vehicles, concentration of routes and war of the cent that have motivated the National Politics's of Massive Transport formulation. The AMB the same as the other cities of the country have intended to implement a SITM. This project represents challenges for the companies of urban transport as regards managerial development - technological. These processes can be sustained from the evolutionary theories of the firm, they come to this like an entity that he/she behaves and it evolves in function of their operation routine. Equally, inside these processes the technological innovation plays an excellent paper for the modernization of the urban transport. The companies of transport have the fear of being displaced by strange capitals due to the conditions and characteristic of the new system of transport. Although it is certain that if the companies of transport don't advance processes of managerial and technological development they can lose a great participation in the system of transport, it is also certain that if they carry out them their possibilities to continue participating in the they are very high. In the above-mentioned function, under some very unfavorable suppositions for the companies of transport of the AMB, he/she is considered that they would lose near 52.18% of the current investment, 83.48% of the current buses and 80.78% of the employments generated by the transport. This way from the evolutionary theories of the firm thinks about a process of managerial and technological transformation for the companies of transport that he/she has as main purpose to guarantee the participation of the companies in the new system of transport. | |
