dc.description.abstract	El clima organizacional en las empresas juega un papel fundamental en el bienestar laboral de los empleados. Un clima organizacional positivo fomenta la satisfacción, el compromiso y la productividad de los trabajadores, lo que a su vez contribuye al éxito y la competitividad de la empresa en el mercado. Además, un ambiente laboral saludable promueve la colaboración, la comunicación efectiva y la resolución constructiva de conflictos, creando un entorno propicio para el crecimiento profesional y personal de los empleados. El clima organizacional no solo afecta el rendimiento individual de los empleados, sino también el desempeño global de la empresa. Por lo tanto, invertir en la mejora del clima organizacional se convierte en una estrategia clave para promover el bienestar laboral y el éxito empresarial a largo plazo. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el presente trabajo es el resultado de un arduo proceso de investigación y análisis realizado en el Centro Industrial de Mantenimiento Integral del Sena de Bucaramanga, con el fin de fortalecer la propuesta de bienestar laboral que como institución ya está planteada, reforzando de manera eficaz aquellos factores que, a través del instrumento aplicado, dieron como resultado ciertas áreas de oportunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The organizational climate in companies plays a fundamental role in the work well-being of employees. A positive organizational climate fosters worker satisfaction, commitment and productivity, which in turn contributes to the company's success and competitiveness in the market. Additionally, a healthy work environment promotes collaboration, effective communication, and constructive conflict resolution, creating an environment conducive to employee’s professional and personal growth. The organizational climate not only affects the individual performance of employees, but also the overall performance of the company. Therefore, investing in improving the organizational climate becomes a key strategy to promote workplace well-being and long-term business success. Taking into account the above, this work is the result of an arduous process of research and analysis carried out at the Sena Integral Maintenance Industrial Center of Bucaramanga, in order to strengthen the labor welfare proposal that as an institution is already proposed, effectively reinforcing those factors that, through the applied instrument, resulted in certain areas of opportunity.
