| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta los fundamentos teóricos y la descripción detallada de la labor realizada para la Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) en el Fondo de Empleados de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (FAVUIS), Entidad que ofrece servicios de Ahorro, Crédito y gestiona programas de Bienestar Social, dirigido a sus asociados y familiares. Lo anterior soportado bajo la Norma NTC ISO 9001:2000. El proyecto se desarrolla con el objeto de generar mejoras en los proceso del FAVUIS, así como crear la cultura de control y seguimiento de forma individual y grupal. De esta forma se realiza el diagnóstico inicial, que permite identificar el estado de la organización para dar paso a la ejecución de las etapas de Planificación, Documentación, Implementación y Evaluación del SGC. A lo largo de este proceso se realizan las capacitaciones y sensibilizaciones necesarias para la asimilación y comprensión de la temática integrada a la organización. Finalmente, con el desarrollo de Auditorías Internas se identifica el estado de madurez o preparación del SGC, al determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la NTC ISO 9001:2000, lo cual indica que El Fondo de Empleados de la universidad de Santander está preparado para la ejecución de la Auditoría de Otorgamiento frente al ente certificador ICONTEC. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document present the basic fundaments and the description about the work that has done for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the fiFondo de Empleados de la Universidad Industrial de Santander Œ FAVUIS, organization that offers services of deposit and credit and manage social welfare™s programs for their associates and families. All this is supporting by NTC ISO 9001:2000. The project has been developed with the objective of promoting the concept of continuous improvement and to create a Control culture between the organization in both ways, general and individual. According to that, an initial diagnostic was done; identifying the state of the organization in relation with the Norm, after that, the design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of the QMS were executed. During this process, employees were capacitated, learning the principal concepts about this topic. Finally, with the develop of audits, it was possible to identify the level of preparation of the QMS, realizing that all requests from NTC ISO 9001:2000 were achieved by the organization, in that way, FAVUIS decided to affront the audit of certification with the entity ICONTEC. | |
