| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bucaramanga S.A ESP- TELEBUCARAMANGA dentro de sus planes requiere la ampliación y/o reposición de su infraestructura con el fin de acogerse a las exigencias del proyecto Metrolinea en su primera fase y al Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial POT El Proyecto Metrolínea será ejecutado en cuatro fases, que comprenden en términos generales los corredores viales de la Diagonal 15, la Autopista Bucaramanga - Floridablanca, la Crr. 27, la Call. 9, la Call. 10 y la Call.11. Las empresas de servicios públicos, en especial Telebucaramanga en razón a que hace uso del espacio público para instalar sus redes; requirió adelantar el proyecto de inventario y proyección a 20 años de su infraestructura en los corredores viales enunciados. Este documento, aparte de mostrar generalidades del proyecto y las labores realizadas en los seis meses de práctica describe aspectos importantes a la hora de poner en práctica todos los conocimientos teóricos y técnicos aprendidos durante la carrera. Las actividades realizadas se dividen principalmente en: estudio de las especificaciones técnicas de la infraestructura de Telebucaramanga, análisis y diseño de las obras a ejecutar, elaboración de requerimientos de información y especificaciones de contratación, evaluación de las propuestas presentadas en la licitación pública de Telebucaramanga, supervisión de la construcción de las obras y del cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales y por último basado en esto un aporte que trata de las especificaciones técnicas para la construcción de redes externas de Telebucaramanga para el proyecto Metrolinea en su primera fase. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Company Telecommunications of Bucaramanga S.A ESP- TELEBUCARAMANGA has within it's sights the amplification and or repositioning of it's infrastructure with the purpose of complying with the Metrolinea Project in it's first phase along with P.O.T. (Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial.) The Metrolinea Project will be executed in four phases, which in general terms entail the corridors roads of the Diagonal 15, the Speedway Bucaramanga - Floridablanca, the Crr. 27, the Call. 9, the Call. 10 and the Call.11. Due to their use of public space to install their lines, public service companies, Telebucaramanga in particular, have required the expedition of the inventory and projection Project to 20 years. This includes the stated infrastructure and it's avenues. Aside from showing the generalities and completed work within the six months of this internship, this document describes important aspects when it comes to proving all of the theoretic and technical knowledge learned throughout the career. The completed activities are mainly divided in: The study of technical specifications of the Telebucaramanga infrastructure, analysis and design of the projects to be completed, elaboration of the requirements of the information and specifications of the actual contracting, evaluation of the propositions presented in the public citation of Telebucaramanga, Supervision of both the projects and completion of the terms of the contracts. Finally, based on this, a contribution that deals with the technical specifications for the construction of the outside lines of Telebucaramanga in the primary phase of Metrolinea. | |
