| dc.description.abstract | La Asociación de Egresados de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, ASEDUIS, concentra su actividad en el manejo de la información referente a sus afiliados, para este proceso ASEDUIS utiliza un software resultado de un trabajo de grado hecho en el año de 1999, el cual se a hecho obsoleto, debido a la gran cantidad de afiliados, los nuevos requerimientos de la asociación, y al surgimiento de nuevas y mejores tecnologías que facilitarían la ejecución de los procesos que diariamente realiza ASEDUIS. El presente trabajo de grado presenta una solución al problema del manejo de la información de los egresados, mediante la creación de un software orientado a la Web, que permite entre otros, llevar a cabo el proceso de inscripción y afiliación de miembros de manera fácil y organizada, realizar búsquedas de miembros de acuerdo a diversos criterios de búsqueda, generar diversos informes con la información de los egresados que cumplan con diferentes perfiles y enviar correspondencia a los socios de manera practica. Se pretende también generar una herramienta que permita además de gestionar la información referente a los egresados, brindar apoyo en el manejo de los servicios que ASEDUIS presta a la comunidad universitaria y en general, como lo son el préstamo de sus instalaciones y la organización de eventos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Association of Graduates of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (ASEDUIS) concentrates his activity in the handling of the information relating to his affiliates, for this process ASEDUIS uses a software developed as a result of a work of grade, done in 1999, which has become obsolete, Due to affiliates’ great quantity, the new requirements of the association and the surging of new and better technologies that would make easy the execution of the processes that ASEDUIS daily realizes. The present work of grade presents a solution to the problem of handling the information of the graduates intervening the creation of a software guided to the Web, that permits among others, accomplishing the process of registration and members' affiliation in an easy and organized manner, accomplishing members' quests according to various criteria of quest, generating various reports with the information of the graduates that Obey with different profiles and sending mail to the associates in a practical way. The objective is also generate a tool that allow besides of manage of the information relating to the affiliates, offer support in the handling of the services that ASEDUIS brings to the university community like the lending of the facilities and arrange of events. | |
