dc.description.abstract	El Gobierno Departamental, con el apoyo integral y la asistencia técnica e institucional del Ministerio de Transporte, a través del programa Plan Vial Regional, elaboró el Plan Vial Departamental de la red vial a su cargo, a fin de facilitar el acceso a los recursos de crédito. El Plan Vial Departamental tiene como propósito orientar eficientemente las inversiones en la Red Vial Secundaria Este proyecto muestra la importancia de las prácticas hechas en la Secretaría de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander, porque permite que el estudiante se comprometa en varias tareas que se realizan en la Secretaría como proveerla de mecanismos y herramientas; conocimientos adquiridos y profundizados en la universidad, herramientas que propiciaron el fortalecimiento y la formulación de planes metodológicos regulando el desarrollo de actividades de gestión vial y responder a los retos gubernamentales para desarrollar territorios competitivos ante las demandas de la globalización, principalmente en el Grupo de Proyectos viales. La práctica se basó en todo apoyo a la supervisión técnica, financiera, y administrativa de la primera fase en los Proyectos Viales pertenecientes al Plan Vial que está realizando la Gobernación de Santander. También se participo en una etapa ejecutoria de estos mismos en la cual se tuvo un acompañamiento en la supervisión de los diez contratos de obra suscritos a esta Secretaría y paralelamente a este trabajo ofreció apoyo en el plan de emergencias en los municipios, debido a la ola invernal que se presenta en este año donde se manejó apoyo técnico basado en las necesidades propuestas por los Secretarios de Planeación y Alcaldes, presupuesto y etapas precontractuales.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The provincial government, with support and technical and institutional support of the Ministry of Transportation, through the Regional Plan of Highways program, developed the plan of care departmental roads to facilitate access to credit resources. Departmental Road Plan is intended to guide efficient investment in the secondary road network This project demonstrates the importance of the practices in the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Government of Santander, as it allows the student to participate in the various tasks performed in the Secretariat and provide mechanisms and tools that are aware that through time have obtained a college education, tools that allowed the strengthening and development of plans to the methodological development of the regular management of roads and meet the challenges of government to develop competitive territories to the demands of globalization, mainly in the Project Group vials. The practice was based on full support for technical supervision, financial management and the first phase of road projects being undertaken by the Government of Santander. Also participating in the implementation phase of these changes on which there was a concomitant control of the ten construction contracts signed this Department. Parallel to this work was support in the emergency plan in the municipalities, because the rainy season which occurs this year, where he managed the technical support based on the requirements proposed by the Secretaries of Planning and mayors, the budget and pre-contract stages.
