dc.description.abstract	En todo tipo de empresa las necesidad del cliente son la prioridad; es por ello que compañías de diversos tipos están innovando el producto ofrecido al mercado; no es secreto que las condiciones mercantiles hoy día son muy variables debido a condiciones bursátiles itinerantes; y al movimiento de la economía mundial. Razón por la cual la adaptabilidad de los servicios o productos ofrecidos debe ser cambiante así como la economía. Hace tiempo el transporte refrigerado no existía; y de acuerdo a las necesidades del mercado fue surgiendo convirtiéndose en una fuente de trabajo explotable; y al tener esta condición nacen muchas empresas, ofertando servicios con menor calidad; dado que el precio al estar regulado por la autoridad nacional no se puede disminuir; quiere decir que la competencia se gana con el que mejor servicio pueda ofrecer al cliente adaptado a sus necesidades particulares. Es por ello que las tendencias del mercado y lo que ha sido bueno para otros a nivel internacional, es interesante explorarlo con el fin de dar giros y afectar a la competencia. Evidenciando que en países europeos ya desarrollaron furgones isotermo con tecnología de euroblocks o euro paneles y han tenido buena aceptación. Se presenta la oportunidad de incluirlo como un nuevo servicio en Frimac S.A; empresa ya constituida y posicionada en el mercado; la cual puede ofrecer a sus clientes una línea de innovación que no está aún siendo explotada por muchos otros. Para factibilizar la iniciativa se realizó una investigación con el fin de determinar su aceptación en el mercado nacional y los demás factores determinantes para realizar a futuro la ejecución de este proyecto., encontrando que las nuevas tecnologías y las tendencias internacionales son aceptadas en el mercado que actualmente tiene Frimac S.A., y que es viable su puesta en marcha.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In every type of business the clients needs are top priority; thats the reason why different types of companies are innovating the product being offered in the market. Is no secret now a days that the mercantile conditions are changeable due to stock index options, and the change in world´s economy. This is the reason why the adaptability of services or products being offered must be changeable like the economy. A while back refigerated transportation did not exist; and according to needs of the market it began to emerge becoming an important source of explotable work, therefore this conditions grew in many companies, offering a better quality service; due to the National Authorities regulations the price can not be lowered; this means that the company that provides the best service to their clients providing particular necesities is the one who wins the competitions. This is why the different types of markets trans have been great for others in an international level,it would be interesting to exploited to turn and affect our own competition. Evidence show that Europeans have already created refrigerated trucks with euro blocks or euro panel and they have been a success. Frimac S.A. is a well know business in the market and it has the opportunity to include them as a new service, they can offer their clients a new innovated line that has not been used by many others. The initiative was facilitated by doing a research to determined if it was accepted in the national market and other factors were determined so it cane implemented in future protects. Findings show that new technology and International tendencies are acepted in the market that is now being used by FRIMAC S.A. and it very likely that the project would be used.
