dc.description.abstract	La idea de realizar este estudio surgió de las autoras, al observar que en el sector de Cabecera delllano del municipio de Bucaramanga no existía un restaurante con sala de descanso que cubrieralas necesidades de almorzar y descansar. Dormir una pequeña siesta después de almorzar, nomayor a la hora y media, es una verdadera necesidad del organismo, grabada biológicamente enlos genes, y aparentemente está estipulada en el ritmo circadiano. Según los estudios, el serhumano está programado para dormir por la tarde sin que eso suponga ningún perjuicio en surendimiento. Muy por el contrario, numerosas investigaciones han demostrado que este paréntesispermite aumentar la concentración, el rendimiento, la productividad e, incluso, la creatividad. Lasiesta, además de ser buena para la salud, incrementa la productividad diversos estudios ydiferentes países están revalorando los beneficios laborales de esta práctica frecuentementedesprestigiada. El restaurante Gonsuat presenta una demanda efectiva insatisfecha de 27.829, el cual iniciara concapacidad elaborar y vender un total de 46.800 almuerzos al año, equivalente al 50% de sucapacidad instalada, el cual cubrirá el 6% del mercado de almuerzos corrientes de la zona deCabecera de Bucaramanga, y pretenderá crecer año a año en un 10%, dado que se tiene laexpectativa de competir y generar un factor diferenciador dando a conocer a través de unaagresiva publicidad Financieramente y realizado el análisis de los diferentes estudios, el proyecto “Factibilidad para lacreación de un restaurante de comida corriente con sala de descanso en el sector de Cabecera delLlano del municipio de Bucaramanga” se estimo que es viable, factible y rentable en el mercado secomprobó con cifras claras que para una inversión de $47.496.166, dio un VPN de $120.268.144, yuna TIR de 53.18%, y en definitiva es recomendable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The idea came from the study authors, we see that in the area of “Cabecera del Llano” municipalityof Bucaramanga, there is a restaurant with lounge to meet the needs of food and rest. A nap afterlunch, no more than an hour and a half, is a real need of the organism, biologically recorded in thegenes, and apparently is stipulated in the circadian rhythm. According to studies, the human beingis programmed to sleep in the afternoon without involving any loss in performance. Quite thecontrary, research has shown that many of the brackets can increase concentration, performance,productivity and even creativity. The countries of the siesta, besides being good for health,increased productivity and different studios are rethinking the laboral benefits of this practice oftendiscredited.
